I called them two times to confirm they had the make and model tablet i needed before i drove 30 minutes to the store. The first time the girl who answered was rude and then hung up when i asked if she could physically check... the second guy that answered told me he checked and they had it but wouldnt tell me his name just told me to ask for sarah... sure enough i drove out there and they didnt even carry the model i needed... the sales man tryed helping me by selling me a older model that was less of a machine... i agreed to get it since i needed it first thing in the morning only for him to tell me i had to drive to north haven to pick it up... this was the last straw i decided id rather b unprepared for work then give these yahoos any bussiness... on my way out i asked to speak to a manager, no proble hes behind the counter... i tell him what happend and hes smirking at the story... when he starts talking to me i recognize the voice from my second phone call... i will never step foot in that store again nor will i ever recomend them since they wasted over a hour of my time that i could have used to go to a different store to get what i needed... instead i am going to spend the time i would have been using to set up the tablet, to make as big of an impact to tell everyone about this experience and do what i can for nobody to shop there again... thanks for following fellow googlers!

I went into P.C. Richards for the first time ever because my over the range microwave finally gave in after years of service. I came to P.C. Richards since I normally made my appliance purchases from another big box retailer for years and noticed the service and quality of work greatly diminished. That wasnt the case as I was warmly greeted the moment I walked into the store by Benny Rivera and I continued over to the appliance section I was given plenty of time to browse when I was greeted by my salesperson Randy McKitrick. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, informing me of the benefits and disadvantages of the models I researched. I ended up purchasing a more expensive model because Randy took the time to explain the benefits and advantages of the model. He arranged quick installation and with the help of Benny got me the deal I was looking for. I have been in sales for many years and I can tell you based on the treatment, product knowledge and overall great experience Benny and Randy provided to me not only will P.C. Richards be my destination whenever Im looking upgrade or replace something in my home, Randy will be my salesperson! Thank you again Randy and Benny from providing me a great experience and making me a customer for life!!!

About a month ago I found myself needing to replace my beloved big screen tv which was about 8yrs old due to a graphics card issue. So being that i live very close to the largest big box store. yes they have a huge selection, and yes the sales person was decent, but when I walked into the PC Richards in Milford CT and met the very personable Manny (sales consultant) and store General Manager Benny Rivera i was hooked! Being in sales for the past 23 years I appreciated the selling style of Manny, much like myself, very laid back non pressure, great sense of humor, but above all else it seemed as though I had known him for 20 years! So long story longer.. I bought a 65" Sony from Manny about a month ago, and today I just bought a Webber grill from him as well. PC Richards thanks very much, Manny and Benny thanks very much! Also I would be remiss if I did not give a shout out to Gerry, another sales consultant here at the Milford CT PC Richards, who assisted me as my guy Manny is on vacation! Thanks guys, really appreciate the great customer service and straight forward approach to retail, as it should be!!

I had gone down to P.C. Richards to purchase some appliances for my home. I buy all my appliances there because I absolutely LOVE the staff and convenience of the location! When I walked in the door with my sister I was instantly welcomed by Randy with a huge smile and instantly felt at home. We went through all of the different makes and models after asking me a bunch of questions about my lifestyle was able to narrow down what I needed for what I had to spend. The entire process was extremely informative and fun! I didnt feel pressured or get that pushy sales vibe from the entire store. I left the store feeling great about my purchase and excited about delivery which was scheduled a couple of days later (I have to work long hours so they were really accommodating with the days and time) They guys showed up on time and I was set up and installed with all the garbage removed before I thought they would be done!!! The whole process was so exceptional that I had to write this review to let people know!

Have bought a couple of Compac Presario laptops, a GE refrigerator & Sharp Carousel Microwave from PC. Refrig had a minor issue that they fixed within a week. Needed a new mattress, so I first went to Sleepys, which is across the street from PC. in Milford. Found a Temperpedic I wanted but Sleepys wanted $2,899.00 before taxes, etc.& they kept insisting I had to buy an extra long as that was the only twin size made. They kept pressuring me to put a 20% deposit on this extra long when i insisted I wanted to measure my bed first. Turns out my bed is 76" - not extra long. Went across the street to PC and bought the equivalent Temperpedic, in the correct length for $2,025.00 out the door! And they will deliver tomorrow! Sales rep Justin was nice, knowledgable about construction, personable, not pushy or persistent on closing the deal. He helped me to find the right mattress for my back. I hope I continue to have such good service from PC.

Around two weeks ago I had decided to buy a dryer from P.C. Richards in Milford. I walked in and immediately was warmly greeted by a number of sales personnel. I did not feel hassled or hounded on one bit like I have unfortunately experienced in previous visits to other appliance stores, and each personnel gave me plenty of time and space to browse different dryers which I highly appreciated. There was a friendly and down to earth sales man by the name of Justin who assisted me in purchasing my first brand new dryer. He was incredibly patient and informative. Another man by name of Kevin was very kind and explained my purchase to me and he had a great sense of humor which made me incredibly comfortable to return again on future purchases. I would recommend the Milford, CT store over other P. C. Richards that I have visited considering their service was the most efficient, professional, and friendly I have encountered thus far.

First off the salesman John helped my son and I pick out a stereo system. The whole 9 yards from speakers, amp, wires, woofer and radio with install. Not only did he use his experience and knowledge to suggest the system parts needed for what we wanted but made things personal and respectful. When I asked about Military Discounts he immediately had his manager come over who applied a discount and thanked me for my service on behalf of PC Richards and staff. That was awesome!!!!! I will be back for business, will recommend John to everyone I know and will spread throughout the Military community about PC Richards policy for giving us Discounts!!!!! Just an additional comment that the girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Again John! Great person, great salesman and would be a great manager that could train others to treat customers like he dId with us.
