Horrible customer service- hands down. My son and I recently bought a PS3 from this location for my husbands birthday and Ive never felt so unwelcomed in a store during my whole life (cashier spoke to me quite unprofessionally and was very impatient). Lets put it this way; there were several other reasons as to why I will never buy anything from this location again.

The one other review for this store could not be any more wrong. Maybe the cashier is no longer with them, but my friends and I all love the people who work there. They are all very friendly and will make a good effort to help you find what you need. They will go above and beyond theyre call of duty to make sure you get everything you want or need.

Love this store, tons of registers so no waiting to be checked out. The store is huge so they always have what Im looking for. And all the employees are informative, friendly and passionate about video games. Best Gamestop branch in greater new haven county.
