We purchased a generator from PC Richards and the salesperson misrepresented it. We told him that we had a fixed propane line on our house and that we intended to run the generator off of this line. The salesperson said that would work. So, we bought the generator, brought it home and set it up. When it came time to hook it up to the gas line, we required the assistance of our propane company. When they came to set it up, they said that they could not do it because the generator was meant to run off of a grill tank (not a fixed line). They confirmed this by calling the generator companys tech support line. We called PC Richard and told them this. The assistant general manager tried to help but told us that since we put oil in the generator, he could not take it back and he was powerless to assist us any further. Okay, fine. We understand that they could not take it back. However, what about the fact that the salesperson misrepresented the product? We were told there was nothing else they could do, and oh, "sorry." So now we have a generator that we cant use for our intended purpose. We never would have purchased this generator if we knew it couldnt run off of a fixed gas line. PC Richard was totally unsympathetic to the fact that their salesperson misguided us. They offered nothing to help us and now were stuck with this product. So I called the customer service line for PC Richard and they took a message for the District Manager to call me back. Its been a week, and I still havent heard from the District Manager. Atrocious customer service.

What a fantastic place. They deserve my five start review! I love this PC Richard and Son. I worked with one sales man. He realized that another salesman could better address my need. He made it happen and fast! Then Mohammad totally helped me out and went above and beyond what I expected. I wanted to give a gift of a computer. Mohammad listened to exactly what I needed. He knew my finances for this purchase were limited and stayed with me until we could work out a deal I could afford. Kyle the general manager helped out too! I was impressed with teamwork and support. Shopping at PC Richards and son feels like going to a trusted family member to get what you need. Professional salespeople like Mohammad made my dream come true. They truly gave me a great deal! I cant wait to see my friends happy face. North Haven P.C Richard and son. Thank you! Thank you! I tried to write a review a few days ago- however phone wouldnt allow. My wife and I went in to purchase a TV and Bert showed us all the models and we talked about the pros-and -cons of different types. Ultimately - we went in for a specific TV and walked out very happy due to the time Bert took with us as he treated us like people who mattered rather than customers and just "shooing" us out the door. Also TV did not fit into our car - he bubble wrapped it and helped us get it into our car safely. Many places you go nowadays, lack great customer service and focus so much on money - and moving onto the next guest. We were not rushed at all - in fact we felt welcome at PC Richard. Thank you for the great experience. It made purchasing that much more fun, worth it and we will definitely go back! This was NOT our first visit - yet the best visit by far!

I recently visited P. C. Richard & Son to purchase 2 televisions. I had recently purchased a 2-line cordless phone at Best Buy which I had not yet removed from the box. I was pleased to see that P.C. Richard & Son could offer me the same phone at a lesser price. I then purchased the phone from P. C. Richard & Son and returned the original purchase to Best Buy. In addition to the cordless phone, we also purchased the 2 televisions we originally set out to buy. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Frank at P.C. Richard & Son, as well from Dan, the store manager. I would not only return to P.C. Richard & Son to make a purchase, but I would also send friends and family to their store.

Admittedly, I walked in uncertain which model of printer would best fit my need. In my hands were varied clippings of offers from Costco, BJs, Sams Club,and other similar providers, including $10 and $5 off coupons. As I was determined, I looked at the clippings in hand and researched the displayed devices. After a few minutes I was greeted and guided by Lily,sales associate, to purchase one that totally met my need! Not only apprising me of what simpler and less costly device P.C. Richard availed - but also honored the other retailers $5 off coupon - on top of discounting the ink and paper! Thankfully, I walked out more familiar with the contrasted offers and confident of my purchase.

I went to PC looking for a TV. After already looking at Best Buy, Lowes, Sears. I felt employees at those locations werent too knowledgeable, simply reading information already given on sticker. At PC, I didnt feel that at all. The employees explained differences in tvs to help me decide which would better suit me. Aaron Jackson, was passing and asked if everything was going ok and if his employee was treating me well. He also answered some questions I had on protection plan. I pleased with the service at the North Haven location and will definitely be recommending to everyone. Great customer service and knowledgeable employees. Will definitely be coming back!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the North Haven CT PC Richards. I called Saturday night to see if they still had a TV. I spoke with Gabby, who was very polite and professional. She put aside the TV for me. When I arrived at the store it was ready for pickup. Brian was the cashier who rang me up. He was very nice and helped me carry the TV into my car. He also offered his opinions on the warranties available to me. Excellent staff, excellent service. I will definitely return to this store for future appliance purchases.

I was looking for a PS3 and this was the only store that still had the Black Friday Bundle available. I ordered it online and the shipment was available for pickup in a very short time. The place is good and has a similar arrangement of Circuit City, which used to be here before. The service was not the best though. The person who helped me out finally was good and did a great job, but others in the showroom were not really helpful. Compared to BestBuy, this did not seem like a place that I would like to visit again

My man Double R Rob Rice was the best, he greeted me upon entering the store and stayed with me the whole process. He answered all my questions about the type of computer that I need for what I was trying to achieve, he showed my options explained each one to me and I was able to make the best decision on all the information that was given to me. He (ROB) also explain to me that virus protection would be my best bet and offered one that best suited my needs and also offed P.C. Tech support which I also purchased
