Relical Chaos

I recently had an issue with my graphics card, and I needed something to hold me by, until my new graphics card came in. I was told over the phone, "were the definition of older graphics cards", and i could purchase an older PCIE graphics card for $20. SO i stopped in to look, and there was only 1 available. Untested, and it came from a computer that over-heated. Not only did they charge me double for the card ($50), the card is faulty when i personally tested it when i got home. Colored artifacts everywhere on the screen. When I called, it was kinda shrugged off. At least I can still use the card to browse the web, but I cant help feel a bit screwed over in the end. $50 for something untested, and in the end, surprise surprise, it only worth browsing the web... Cant help but feel screwed a bit. I mean $5 for something that works for browsing the web is fair... Not $50.

Stay far away. For toy repair anyway. They had 2 drones of mine and 2 helicopters for repairs. One drone was there for 3 months! (Ultimately never repaired after all the lies day after day). One drone was given back "repaired" and was never actually fixed (and apparently I was charged under the table, not on the books). The 2 helicopters were supposedly handed off to a friend of the workers (because they dont actually repair helicopters) and 1 was given back butchered, one was untouched. (Charged me $200). After waiting 2 weeks for the owner to respond, leaving several messeges and Facebook posts, I got furious and demanded answeres. The owner gave me my money back (for what they had receipts for) and now Im stuck with no working drones or helis AND the $100 battery I left them is dead!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DREADFUL PLACE.

let me start off by saying, I have built quite a few computers in my day, & I am quite knowledgeable in the field. I ran into a problem with my most recent build and I called Adam and she help me troubleshoot it over the phone. That wasnt enough so he offered to let me bring the PC and and diagnose it for free. This day in age that is unheard of. above and beyond service and knowledge. My problem was fixed through them at no charge whatsoever. I was told to give a good review. I just want to thank them for all that theyve done

I cannot say enough about Adam and the boys at reboot...I purchased a refurbished Dell a year ago that worked flawlessly for $150. I just upgraded to a much newer Dell a month ago and again works flawlessly and he took the old one in trade. The newer model has every bell and whistle a person needs for business and only cost $350. He is incredible at repair but if you need a machine see him first, he will save you $700 and unlike the box stores, he stands behind his products. Thanks for everything Adam

Both Carl and Adam sincerely care and enjoy to solve every issue with your computer, and some issues with your phones, they are very open to inquiries on pricing and they will warn you in great detail about any potential risks, they will ensure to check information if they are not entirely sure on the issue at hand, and will always get you with an answer if you give them the time they require. I highly recommend this business for any and all of your computer issued and I have had multiple visits

I called and spoke with Adam and he promptly went into trying to help troubleshoot my computer issue over the phone. When that wasnt enough he advised me to come in and he would take a look at the modem for me...for FREE. He went in and rearranged my ram sticks and everything was fine. He provided the greatest customer service and attentiveness. I would def recommend going to ReBoot Computer Sales & Service!!!

I hadnt been able to get my computer to work for months, replacing parts and trying new things, but when I finally gave in and looked up a computer repair store, I found ReBoot and gave it a shot. Carl not only fixed my computer right up, but stayed late because he was having fun doing it. I cannot thank him enough for his help, and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for computer help.

Very reasonable prices, honesty, and fast turnaround for repairs. I first brought my laptop to another local computer repair store and they said it couldnt be fixed. Then I brought it to another place and they wanted a small fortune to "try" to fix it. I thought I would try one more place (Reboot), and Im glad I did. Laptop is now working great, and got it back fast. Highly recommend.

If anyone needs any kind of computer, ipad or iphone fixed go to ReBoot Computer Sales & Service. My hard drive crashed and they fixed it in 2 hours that is right 2 Hours!!!!They saved me !!!! I am graduating in 2 weeks from Graduate School and had many projects due this week.They are awesome!!!!
