Only reason why it got 2 stars is because of the office person was with them 2 years already had one account open never late had to fill out a second application when I was already in the computer the I told them I only had respect for 1 person in there and the Manger became very cocky I called corporate and went down to return my item witch he began the back and forth and then the head Manger gave me the item to close my account. Old management was great this team is terrible only workers are good but management has to go DONT GO GO TO THE NEW BRITE PLAZA ONE

A friend of mine suggested I visit one of the Rent-A-Centers near my apartment, so I could get an idea of what type of couch I wanted for my apartment. Now I have visited a few funiture stores but this one takes the cake! I was not disapointed in the slightest. Amazing costumer service, great selection of furniture, especially the couch and tv selections, and most important, their furniture as well as the store was well maintained and clean. If anyone is looking for furniture, especially sectionals for their living room, head over to Rent-A-Center!

Staff was excellent and took the time to explain my options. Very patient and understanding. Daniel and the team really are a great bunch. They explained all of the features and delivered the same day. Glad I didnt have to cancel movie night with my wife. If this team goes, so will I as a customer.
