I have a business account here and shipped more than 5 packages each week from Staples. I use tons of bubbles wrap, packing peanuts, and new boxes...all bought from Staples. One of my packages never made it to the destination. I put in a claim. Was denied. Put in a dispute. Denied. That is nearly a $500 package that I lost out on. I will never use Staples for business or ever ship with UPS again.

I was in need of assistance and the printer/copier was having difficulty. Unfortunately, the supervisor on shift was anything but helpful. I will not come to this store again, as if this is their leadership, I cant believe what their customer service training is. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
