I was told by the owner that he would order my part and have it fixed quickly. The only thing that happened quickly was that he charged my credit card before he placed the order or did any repairs. After over 2 months of trying to go to the store, calling and emailing I finally filed a complaint with my credit card company. When discovered my credit card put hold on his payment he finally contact me, asking why I would have done that. He asked me to withdraw the complaint and that he would fix my computer. The last I hear from him, he was going to contact my credit card company and let me know when he could come out to me and fix my laptop. After a several weeks of not hearing from Andy the owner, I called him and he said that he refunded my credit card. When I asked if he still wanted my business, he said no because he had too much going on. This means he never ordered my new screen after charging me 2 months earlier. He tried to make it sound like it was my fault for disputing the charge with my credit card company. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me the money because he, Andy the "business" owner never replied to their requests about the charge. If by some miracle this company is still in operation, I would avoid it as he is not reliable or honest.

Service is excellent! Company guarantees their services offering a 90 day warranty. The owner & Tech will take the extra time when you pick up your computer/system to explain things in detail so that you have a understanding. By Lisa 3/2009
