One of the worst game stops Ive ever been to, I was waiting to get battlefield 1 and the staff was watching a trailer for 10 mins while I was waiting and I was next and they were not helping anyone at the time and when they asked what I wanted finally!!!, I told them and though the whole thing they were very rude.

Awful corporate store and the manager Ryan was terrible to deal with. He was extremely rude to me and my friend and even insulted us because we were not up to date on current gaming terminology. We recommend that you chose any other video game store to shop at but do not go here!

Ryan is the most professional informed kind knowledge employee at Game Stop. His experience patience with everyone that comes into the sore. As an older person who shops for my Grande he provides information that is easily understood for purchases of all items in the store.

I have never had a problem with this store. The staff is fantastic !!!!!! Always nice & helpful !!!!!! My son is learning disabled & they have been very nice & patient & always take their time with all the questions he has. Definitely recommend this store as a go too.

Very messy and dirty. The staff acts like they hate there jobs. The shelfs are either over filled or empty. There are a lot of broken cases everywhere. I suggest you order from the Internet or go somewhere else.
