Very friendly Staff. Knowledgable, but most importantly they dont rush you out of the store. After activating my smartphone, the store rep offered to help me sync my email and show me some of his personal favorite apps. I would definatley recommend this store to my friends and family if you want a personal experience with NO SIGN IN LIST! Immediate help, and if someone is in the store already, you get to enjoy the homemade cookies and seating area which was comfortable with live TV.

I had to get a new iPhone in a hurry. Joe G was awesome. He set up my phone, transferred all of the data from my previous phone, assisted me with some helpful tips and went out of his way to troubleshoot and rectify a situation with another phone on our plan. He was friendly, attentive, courteous, and professional. Excellent customer service!

Some of the workers are wonderful. My phone was acting up and the two guys that were working today were so rude. I use to love this store but maybe you should teach your workers communication skills and educate them how to deal with hospitality for the customers.

You can purchase a phone anywhere. The question is once you buy that phone and you have a problem can you get help? Shorman Wirless excels in providing top notch service and advice. Its the only place Ill purchase a phone from.

Knowledge is high but took wayyyy too long to get service since someone needed a specific bling case. Ended up going to real Verizon store and get more discounts.
