I went to Staples for an Epson printer and got a pretty good deal on an XP-810 from a knowledgeable sales associate who signed me up for a rewards card. I went back to use a coupon from my receipt and noticed a couple of things on sale that I missed out on with a previous purchase, including the printer. I kindly asked the manager about the difference and she looked up my previous purchase with my rewards number and gave me the difference back. Very happy with the customer service and helpful management.

We went to get some laminating done for bookmarks, and they were extremely short staffed. When we got the bookmarks back, there were hairs laminated into them. Ew!
