Went for a new Harmony remote. Found they had a trade up program, so I asked an employee about the terms, he looked up details online then we looked at the remotes. I took my son home to get our old one to trade and came back for the purchase. A good amount of time with the cashier and a supervisor making multiple price override attempts including frustrated grumbling about other employees by the supervisor led to the realization that the item was on sale in store and the coupon wouldnt work on the sale price, so it would be $50 more than I expected. Either it took three employees 20 minutes with a sign, coupon, and the products own site to realize the actual price, or this is an attempt to get me to spend more money by having employees misquote prices. Avoid the trouble of this Best Buy.

I had to return a computer. When I explained the reason the sales associate insulted our intelligence by saying all of the representatives were very knowledgeable and smart and wouldnt have said that the computer had both Windows 7 and Windows 8 on it. He stated this more than once.Then he proceeded to lie to us stating that we couldnt buy a new computer anywhere that had Windows 7 on it.

When you buy a cell phone at this location the sales person will advising you to change your cell phone insurance from Sprint to Geek Squad Service but they will hide the fact does not cover lost or stolen phones. And you find out after you lost your phone you have to buy new Smartphone for over $500.

I walked into that store about an hour ago with beats on my head money in my pocket and a few bags i was followed around the whole store till i walked out the front door because it pissed me off that i was being followed i will never shop there again i felt so disrespected
