I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience at the Staples in Wallingford specifically with their tech department. The man working there, Caleb, was the only worker. He was juggling the phones, customers, and communicating with the rest of the employees. While the store was clearly understaffed Caleb made it a point to keep calm and help us all with our issues one be one. He was extremely polite to me and made the extra effort to search for my receipt so I could find my warranty information even though it is a tedious task. Caleb made my day today and he and the rest of the extremely helpful easy tech staff are the reason I continue to buy electronics from the Wallingford Staples.

Roberta was the staff member who went over & beyond helping me at the Staples in Wallingford this week. There was an issue with my " rewards rebate " on a product I had bought. She immediately made me feel like I was the only customer in the store by calling the main headquarters BUT not at the expense of the customers behind me. Roberta while dialing the number, also was calling for someone to open another register so as not to hold anyone elses time up. She was so caring, so professional & made her swift multi tasking look so effortless while she tended to everyones needs. 10 stars for Robertas efforts in caring & being a true asset to her company.

Average Staples, exactly what you expect. Workers were helpful but nothing special. I went to span just a few items and it was a more involved process than necessary but still relatively easy
