This is the first time I have purchased a bike from someplace other than my friends dealership in New Jersey. I wanted a simple ride to get back and forth to work and decided to go the route of a scooter. Naturally I needed to have something that wasnt "The Standard Scooter". Yup....I wanted a Vespa. Not only was it for the aesthetic, the thing is build like a brick $#!T House. :) Jodi was awesome. She gave me a great price, had the paperwork ready, took the time to go over the scooter and had it delivered later that day to my front door 50 miles away. Everyone in the dealership was helpful, patient and most of all....knowledgeable in what they do. I would recommend New Haven Powersports to anyone looking to buy themselves a new toy. Thanks guys for making my purchase great. Charles

When youre in the shop the service staff is fine but after dropping my bike off nobody called me before work was started to tell me what the final scope was or how much it would cost! And on top of that when I called to ask about these critical items, the people who answered the phone were unhelpful and abrupt. Even, rude! When I finally get there to pick up my bike, I was overcharged and they wouldnt move on price. Then, the manager, AJ proceeded to explain to me how theyre having problems with the person answering the service phone and that there was about 25 other people in the same position as me. Lesson learned? This place is poorly managed and rude. Dont go there!

Bought a Moto Guzzi from Dan at NHP from all the way across the country because there were no good deals in my area (Southern California). I called half a dozen dealers. Most couldnt even pronounce "Guzzi", but Dan knew what he was talking about and was also highly professional and reliable. From shipping the luggage separately to sending me all the photos requested to keeping me updated on the prep status, he did a fantastic job. Ive been riding street bikes for 20 years, owned over a dozen bikes, but never bought one sight unseen before let alone had it shipped from one end of the country to the other. I WOULD do it again with Dan @ NHP, no question. Thanks Dan!!!

Called this morning, emergency (last minute trip plans), could they change out a tire today. "Yes, come over well do it while you wait." Home run number one. All finished, go to start the bike. Nothing. I have a Concours and its the gd key fob. Presumably, battery dead. Twenty minutes later the manager comes over and says, "$5 for the battery, $100 diagnostic fee." Funny guy! Very generously, they took the time to figure it out and replace the battery, all at no charge. Home run number two. Excellent and timely service, very nice people. And two beautiful and friendly Goldens lying on the showroom floor. I would (and will) go back in a heartbeat.

Lody in service is very knowledgeable and friendly, but the business overcharges for parts and labor, and Im not sure the other mechanics know what theyre doing. They had trouble diagnosing my bikes problems and wanted to charge me $1,600 for carb work on an $1,800 bike. I pulled the carbs myself, and much to my surprise, they were perfectly clean. Before they even told me to do carb work they got over $1000 out of me with multiple services promising to fix the problems with my bike. This might be a good place to buy a bike, get advice, and maybe even buy parts, but it really is worth learning to do simple mechanic work yourself!

As a woman with limited motoring experience, I was nervous to start looking at getting a scooter. We went in just to look and ended up buying @ a great deal! I was given a personal lesson (for like over an hour) by Jodi on how to ride and was able to drive several different models to find the right fit- all with ZERO pressure. This is a family-owned and operated business and everyone in there loves what they do, which makes it a fun experience. I cannot say enough about NH Powersports- The whole experience was fabulous! Thanks Jodi and Fam! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Purchased a bike left there on consignment. The bike is great, and I love it! More importantly, youd never know that I wasnt buying a fleet of Ducatis. Everyone, Chris, Jodi, and Dan were all very friendly and extremely helpful. They let me store my bike there so that I could take the new one home and enjoy it for the weekend. They had all the paperwork set and ready to go during a very busy Saturday and had me out the door in very short order. I will look here first when buying my next bike. Great people who made a good thing (buying a motorcycle) even better. Thanks guys!

Ive owned my Kawasaki motorcycle for 9 years. When I took it for new tires a few years ago, it developed a wobble. I tried to fix it myself then took it to a reputable repair shop but the problem still persisted. I found Powersports on the internet and decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I made. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, they solved the problem. John, the mechanic walked me through every attempt he was making until he corrected that wobble. If I could, I would have given this business 10 stars. A very satisfied customer Joe Marangio

The best buying experience of any motorcycle. Dan is terrific to work with and is extremely knowledgable. Negotiations were great and the whole experience wonderful. Dan took me through the facility and answered all questions. Upon delivery today he, again showed me how to work all aspects of the bike. The owner, Dave was extremely pleasant and gave me a terrific deal as well. There is a great "vibe" in the place. Go there and check out the shop. You will not be disappointed.

I have been riding for over 35 years, owned 17 bikes (various brands and styles) mostly purchased new, from a variety of dealerships. Without question the atmosphere here is second to none and the entire staff from sales to parts to service is friendly, accomadating and very knowledgable. These guys are good and a pleasure to work with. They also rank at the top of the list for being dog friendly as their family pets are able to share the day with them. Simply put, nice people...

Bought my first bike brand new bike from New Haven Powersports. Top notch service from the sales crew. Handled everything from getting me insurance to sending me on my way with my 2011 Suzuki Hayabusa. Ive also had the pleasure of dealing with the service and parts dept when I needed work done to my 2001 Suzuki GSXR 1000. Great place and people. Even if your not looking to buy they also have a great display of older bikes and the wonderful dogs will always great you at the door.

Jodi Green is awesome. I knew the bike I wanted (Aprilia Caponord Rally) but there just arent many dealerships around. I called two of the biggest in the USA and one never even returned my email and calls. Another offered me a good deal but I was always chasing them and they didnt have any in stock. Jodi came through with a great deal, great financing and for a very reasonable fee delivered it to my door, over three hours away. What can I say, everything went EXCELLENT!
