I had a fantastic experience purchasing a Honda Grom from Land Air this summer. This bike was really difficult to get ahold of beacuse the high demand however the sales department was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the arrival of the bike throughout the buying experience. The Grom has been a thrill to commute around town with this season. And did i mention it gets 100+ MPG! Dont hesitate to leave a deposit on this bike. You will be glad you did!

90 dollars to bleed my clutch slave cylinder just to tell me it didnt work? At least give me the bottle of hydraulic fluid that I purchased for 18 dollars so I can get the job done myself or by someone who CAN get the job done. Wouldnt even let me leave the bike on the trailer while I went to the store for an hour. Everything stated here is 100 fact so I dont feel bad throwing it out there for everyone to read.

Good place to buy parts but the parking situation for the service and parts department is almost non existent. All spots filled with inventory which makes parking very difficult. Was there the other day , there was only about 3 spots available yet inaccessible because of 1 bike parked across the front of them. Services are good if you can get to them.

My experience with land air was very good Justin was very knowledgeable about all his products and he steered us in the right direction of what we wanted to have in a pwc. Also the other employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to other customers. Thank you for all your help.

I have no idea how their shop is, I do most of my work myself. I have found this place to be helpful when ordering parts. A lot cheaper than buying online. Be prepared to routinely wait about 20-30 minutes on the phone and have the parts take longer than told to arrive.

Went here for a recall repair, discovered they have a convenient motorcycle / snowmobile ramp for loading to and from truck beds. Friendly staff with prompt service.
