So my husband and I found a bike he planned to buy. He filled out a loan application and I filled one out for a cosigner. After not hearing back for a few hours my husband called back to find out what the outcome was. They then told him that we were approved but they had just sold the bike. Im not sure what kind off business they run but clearly they do not care about communication or their potential customers.

they have the worst mechanics around. A shock took them a month to rebuild and the guy nick lied to us. The lady that stands there is absolutely clueless on what is going on. I will never go here again. I recommend to everyone to find somewhere better. they are known for problems and have broke more things then they have fixed.

Good customer service the guys were very pleasant but none of the atvs listed on their website or craigslist ads were in stock. advertise a 2011 polaris sportsman 800 efi with plow and aftermarket wheels and tires for 5400. Try to sell me a 2011 polaris sportsman 500 carb model with steel wheels for $5800.

The place is great, they checked out my port and polish on my 02 honda 300ex head, and did guides, valves, and spring install. Only complaint is when I consistently bought a specific oil, the price went up while others still sell for original price. Not sure what went on there?

Very good guys , I dealt with Jason & nick everytime & they always hooked me up , great service & very friendly , I will always go there for bikes or service ! The mechanics & guys who pick up bikes were also real cool dudes , possibly best place Ive delt with in a long time

Roost has always had the best customer service, need my atv tires changed all other stores were on a 2-3 day waiting list.Called Roost power sports and they took my tires same day and had them installed and loaded in my truck in less than 1 hour, cant beat that service! A+

I bought a new tire and had them put it on my bike. They ran over a nail in the shop then patched it. It went flat over night so they said it was a loose valve stem . Now it is flat again ! This is a street bike and is very dangerous to be happening.

They did a full top and bottom end rebuild on my yz250 and did a great job within a reasonable time limit, helpful staff
