I saw a bike on their site on a Saturday night. theyre closed Sunday and Monday, so I set an alarm for Tuesday morning so I could put a down payment on the bike before anyone else did. I live 2.5 hours away so its not like I could just shoot there quickly to get everything done. Tuesday morning I called and put down my $500 non-refundable deposit. I told them I would be in Wednesday to fill out the paperwork to purchase the bike. I took a personal day from work and left my house at 6am so I could be there when they open, make it back to my state to the registry and get back to CT to pick up my bike. After filling out all the paperwork, they had me call to get insurance so they could give the policy number to the loan place. Finished filling out the paperwork and THEN was informed that they didnt have the title to the bike. Why I wasnt notified before I took a day out of work, or drove down to buy a bike they couldnt officially sell is beyond me. They assured me the title would be in by the end of the week so I asked them to order lowering links and drop the bike 2 inches for me while waiting on the title. so Saturday rolled around, I had a friend take the day out of work to bring me and pick up my bike with his truck (since the registry was closed.) He also got a bike and called before we left our State to let them know both of us were coming for our bikes. Made the 2.5 hour drive and was informed when I got there that my title still wasnt in and I couldnt take my bike. After some talking, convinced them to let me take the bike and they said they would overnight the title when it came in. Also found out they never placed the order for my lowering links because I wasnt informed I needed to sign a work order. Got the bike home and went to start it to drive it into the garage, dead battery. The next week I called almost every day asking about my title and asked them to keep me informed either way. They told me it was suppose to be in by Thursday. I called Thursday night and spoke to the owner, he was rude, ill leave it at that. I finally asked him to contact the previous owner and ask her go to the DMV and get a duplicate title. He finally called me back Saturday afternoon and told me that Tuesday she would be going to the registry for the title. I put in for a vacation day Wednesday so I could get the bike registered and was then informed she was not going to the DMV but contacted the bank and the title would be re-sent and she would have it Wednesday or Thursday. Well, here we are, its Friday and still no title. Registry isnt open tomorrow or Sunday and Superfly is closed Monday. Which means I purchased my bike and 3 weeks later I still dont have the title. Ive now been paying insurance and a loan for 3 weeks on a bike that I have no title for and cant register or ride, not to mention the personal day and vacation day I burned at work to get all of this done. Why they were advertising a bike they had no title for is beyond me. Super annoyed and extremely disappointed in my business with them. I highly recommend finding a different shop.

Unfortunately the other bad reviews listed below are probably correct and the good reviews were probably just customers lucky enough to not have a problem after the sale. During the sale the staff was fine; friendly, attentive and always called me back promptly, however after the sale was a completely different story. I purchased an ATV from them and had it delivered to my home. The ATV had a windshield when I purchased it but upon delivery at my home the windshield was missing, although the mounting hardware was still there. The explanation I received from them was that the windshield must have blown off during transport and they would just send me a new one in the mail. It has been over a month and I have left several messages without a response from anyone there. Luckily for me it is only a windshield but what if there was something wrong mechanically like some of the other reviews below indicate. Id be stuck with a broken ATV and Id get no help from Superfly Motorsports. How an establishment handles their customers after the sale really gives you a good idea of what type of operation they run. It has been my experience that once the vehicle was in my possession and they had their money; they were done with me and any promises they made no longer mattered. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would stay away from this place. The idea that you are buying from a reputable dealer is false as well. They offer NO WARRANTY with their vehicles but claim that they stand behind everything they sell. I highly doubt that considering they wouldnt even return my phone call over something as simple as a missing windshield, which they lost. They also claim that they run all of their vehicles through the shop to ensure that everything is good before they sell it. This too is false as when I finally took my first ride the ATV pulled hard to the right. I found the tire pressure very low on the right front tire so I adjusted it and no more pulling. It has been a month and the tire hasnt leaked any air so it and was obviously just never checked by them to begin with. If they didnt even adjust the tire pressures I doubt they did anything else when they "claimed" they check it over. As the other reviews indicate they do not let you test drive any of their vehicles beforehand so you don’t really know what you’re getting before you buy. Does it shift right? Are there any unusual rattles, knocks or squeals at various speeds? You simply won’t know and as they have demonstrated to me and some other buyers after the sale you are on your own and they want nothing to do with you. Although I like my ATV I would never have brought it from Superfly Motorsports if I knew that they were the type of establishment that turns their back on their customers once they get paid!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

This company is a JOKE. Each one of their employees are jerks, even the OWNER. When youre interested in buying theyre soooo nice! & then once you finally get the piece of junk bike home & you find something wrong & you call them, they mouth off to you. The owner is very rude & says slick things to you. Then once you become upset, they blame you saying you called with an attitude. They also lie a LOT. Theres no type of warrenty nor do they "stick behind their bikes" like they say. Once that bike is off their lot, they blame everything thats wrong with it on you. You cant even test drive their bikes, even with having a license. The bikes dont even come with titles, only bill of sale which ANYONE can print one online. In the State of Connecticut you need a title to show proof that the bike isnt stolen! You need a title to register & be able to drive on the road. Suspicious that they dont have titles, when they are suppose to be a "dealer." One of the workers said "we dont have titles, because people tend to loose them anyways." Is that any excuse? You need a title for your car in order to sell it... A bike is no different. They also said their bikes are completely inspected & cleaned. Its either they dont know how to work on bikes, or theyre just lying, which wouldnt be a surprise. All they do is add air to the tires & sell the bikes. I have a REAL mechanic look at the bike i bought from here & found multiple things wrong with it! I seriously wish I looked more into this company before buying a bike from here, but LESSON LEARNED!! Theres another shop down the road from this one, and its 100 times BETTER. They buy bikes, and they wouldnt even buy the one I bought from SuperFly, because they said they cant sell something so junky that doesnt work to their customers! I totally dont recommend this company to ANYONE. Unless you like throwing money out the window!!!
