I cant help but call BS. Ive been a customer of this shop since i bought my 78 CX500 back in March, and a bit before that with an older dirtbike i owned in my youth. about 10 years spanned between these time periods. Terry has done nothing but try his very best to get EVERYTHING i needed for my bike, at excellent prices, and with a smile on his face. The banter and friendliness of the crew there is outstanding, and they will do whatever it takes to get you, and your bike n the road. Im sorry you had a bad experience, but im sorry, i cant agree with you. The only time i could see Terry acting this way is if he was returning in kind. Take it with a grain of salt, kiddo, sounds like you probably werent much of a peach going in there. Terry, you and your guys keep it up, you know who i am, and im damn glad youre there. Youve found me obscure parts, have given me great prices, and idle conversation i could get at no other bike shop. I appreciate it all the way.

I would NEVER EVER recommend buying anything from this Place... Terry (owner) is one of the shiftiest characters youll ever meet - I needed a shower after I walked out of there. He will lie at every possible opportunity (He almost seems to enjoy lying to his customers....) Things you will NOT get from Terry (owner) is gratitude that you are there to spend money, respect as a customer, or the truth. What you will get is a load of crap if it means he will sell you a crappy beat-up bike that will fall apart in 2 weeks at a higher price. Even if you only need to buy a SPARK PLUG... Stay away from City Cycle.
