I brought my scooter to this place as everyone had told me it was THE place to bring your scooter. When I dropped off my scooter I immediately told them that the starter was broken on my scooter. They said that I was probably wrong, that it was the battery. They then told me that it would be two weeks before they would be able to look at it, and another week if they had to order parts. I thought that was a long time, but I wanted my scooter fixed so I agreed to it. Two weeks later I stop in to check up on it, they said they were working on it at that moment, and have not narrowed down the problem. One week later I call them to check up again, the mechanic then says that he believes it was the starter, but they were not sure. One week later I call them to check up on it again, they state that they did not say it was the starter, and they stated to me before that it was an electrical issue, and it will take more time to diagnose, and did not want to put in many service hours to diagnose the problem. One week and half later I call them again to check up on it. They state that it was the starter and they had to order the part. A week and a half later, I receive a call saying it was done and that it took 1 hour to diagnose the problem, and 3 hours to change the starter. Totaling to $450 dollars. When I went to pick up the scooter, I asked why it took so long the mechanic said that it was an electrical issue and it took time. I stated that most of the summer has now past without my scooter, to which he said well at least your scooter is fixed now. To say the least I am unhappy with how long it took for my scooter to be serviced, the amount of service hours they took to service, and the customer service.

I just got back from this shop and my experience was horrrible! Im in the market to buy my first bike and was really excited about what this place had to offer based on their website. When we got there, we stood around for approx. - minutes before we were even greeted or waited on, the salesman had a bad attitude about the questions i was asking about the bike. When I went to ask him about possibly purching, he was NOT willing to work with me to make a deal AT ALL! He said he priced his bikes to their fair value and would not budge. Kelley blue book had the value of this bike for almost $200 less than asking price. The whole overall experience was horrible and a complete waste of our time. I now have a bad taste about purching a first bike which is NOT how that kind of experience should be! I would not waste your time w/ this shop or its staff. They are very rude and unhelpful. You definitely wont feel like a valued customer.

Mark at Daily Rider took time to help me check out a 1975 Yamaha RD 350 that was given to me for free to assess whether it was worth investing in restoration. When I found the bike, I had no idea what I had found. Mark took time to research the history of the bike, common problems, solutions, etc. He found that the bike is a cult classic, highly sought after and well worth investment to bring it back to life. After stripping it down to the frame, Mark rebuilt the bike and got it back on the road in time for the riding season that year. For the past few years he has helped me work out all the kinks that come along with an old bike, has taught me how to handle basic repair and maintenance, and has always stood firmly behind the work that he does. Old bikes require patience and perseverance, traits that Mark carries in spades. Give this guy your bike, hell take care of you.

The team at the Daily rider is very good at taking care of your bikes needs, be they routine maintenance or the installation of aftermarket parts and tuning. Marc and his crew brought my Triumph from "so-so" to fantastic with a dyno tune and new EFI map. Just in case you didnt realize, a shop with a proper dyno is not an easy thing to come by in these parts. The shop has a very cool "cafe racer meets mod" sort of feel to it, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to ones needs and schedule. The shop handled my nit-picking well and worked with me to resolve a few issues I had in the quest to get my bike "just right." Their hard work and dedication to this end was much appreciated. Prices were reasonable to boot. I will definitely be brining my bike here from now on for any type of work I need done.

The Daily Rider provided horrible service!! They sold me my scooter and were responsible for repairs under the warranty.. first off they resisted when I asked that the repairs be covered by my warranty.. next I spent an entire summer of them making repairs that never fixed the running problem.. at one point they told me they just could not fix the scooter and tried to give it back to me broken AND charge me for their labor.. this nonsense went on and on... if a bike shop cant fix a 50cc scooter after 3 tries they should just close the doors on the place.. and at one point they broke the mirror off the scooter and tried to charge me for it.. they were rude, over charged, and couldnt fix the scooter... I finally had enough of being screwed and will never return

I brought a scooter in to have it repaired. I did my homework and knew exactly what was wrong with it and directly asked to have the specific part replaced. A week later I got a call stating that the scooter was totaled/the engine was seized and they would buy it from me for $50. I declined and took it back. I took it to another shop and within 10 seconds, they had the motor turning perfectly. The Daily Rider charged me $75 for the service, which was discussed at the counter. However, on pickup, they tried to charge me $150. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place. Theyre your typical shady/immoral mechanic.

My motorcycle had a running issue that nobody else could solve on the bike. Ben and Mark made some mods to the bike and with some additional tuning they were able to solve the problem. When I took the bike away I had some trouble with something else and they fixed it with out question. I know a lot of trouble shooting went into fixing this bike and they didnt put it on bill. They took their time to explain everything that they were doing to the bike and the work they did resolved all my issues. I am very happy with the results. The Daily Rider works for me.

After travelling over 4000 km with a friend this shop was a destination that we had to go to. My friend broke his key in his tank. The fellow working at this shop hooked us up with a local locksmith and the issue was fixed quickly. They also tightened my bike chain on the spot. Thanks to this my bike was ready to tackle another 1000kms. Big thanks to the guys working. They saved us a lot of grief and helped us get home safely.
