Suffolk Harley has lost roughly $8000 in business from me alone and numerous sales opportunities from 5 friends of mine looking to purchase bikes in the past year. Reasoning are as follows - for providing incorrect price quotes and accusatory language to me regarding part returns. The service staff (except for 1 part timer) are not knowledgeable in the products they claim or provide any form of customer service. For example, I was quoted $600.00 for a rear tire for my touring bike, got a new one at Empire Harley in New Rochelle for $215. Today was accused, by a squirrely looking service staff person, of destroying a product purchased for me as a gift (which was already damaged) and wanting to replace it for a non-damaged replacement. Do not go to Suffolk Harley in Oakdale, NY. Crappy service staff, lousy sales people & most important you are ripped off for everything offered. The only thing they are good for are inspections, monkeys can do them wish is perfect for them. Again – AVOID SUFFOLK HARLEY DAVIDSON AT ALL COSTS. I now go to Miracle Mile in Great Neck, Empire Harley in New Rochelle and Eastern Harley in Riverhead.

John and Kevin explained to me that an appointment for service doesnt indicate that actual work will be completed at that time. It is their stated position that an appointment only allows you to park on the property, you then are placed into the forty bikes that they strive to keep on site awaiting service at an unknown future time. When asked to elaborate their position they explained that an appointment does not indicate that required parts or the scheduling of a mechanic Is correlated to the appointment book. Kevin further pointed out the magnetic work board mounted on the wall. He explained that when a bike is on site it is then placed on "the board".

First off this was my first Harley. The customer service was exceptional. I was told all about the motorcycle I wanted and all of its features. I was given a nice test ride and coming from the sportbike world to a streetglide there was no criticism. I was helped and mentored the entire way. Rubens and the staff at Suffolk Harley made buying a bike a walk in the park. I cannot express enough gratitude to the way I was treated. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff at suffolk harley.

My bike was brought in for an estimate after a minor accident. I was told by John in the service department it should take just a few days. After 6 days I called, then again after 8 days and nothing was done. I called twice and asked to speak with the General Manager John Mooney, he never returned my calls so after 9 days I picked up my bike and drove it to another shop.

The staff at Suffolk Harley is like a family, everyone there is always willing to lend a helping hand. If you have a question they will answer it to the best of their knowledge and if they dont know something they will make sure to find out the correct answer for you. The are very well priced and their service department is one of the best.

I bought my 2012 Night Rod Special from Suffolk Harley and I love it. Rubens, who was the sales person was excellent and knowledgeable and respectful. He took me around the whole store as well as the service center. I will continue to do business here in the years to come. The lovely ladies in the front always greet you with a smile.....

Just bought a 2016 Street Glide Special a week ago! Absolutely love it! I dealt with the GM John Mooney, the entire time. I got a great deal and he was great to deal with. Great experience thus far! I highly recommend Harley Davidson of Suffolk!

Harley Davidson makes a great product. But, they need to stop cutting corners in order to save money. Outside of the engine, the frame and the infotainment system, Harley uses the cheapest parts they could find to build their products.
