Carl does not know anything about brakes on a harley . Went there for a simple rear master cylinder repair kit for a 89 sportster . He got one for a early 87 and when I returned there he try to make it fit my MC by milling down the push rod end. Then I came back again and told him that it would not attach to the cylinder. He told me that it need not attach to it that when I mount it to the frame the linkage will hold in place . I then showed him my service manual and the drawing and instruction say he is wrong . Then he says I have to buy a new master for $212.00 cause my ride is too old and you cant get parts for it. I told him no way so he gives me my money back and tells me to be on my way. Now I had to order a new MC from J+P Cycle for $120.00 .I would not bring my grandsons tricycle there.

Everyone in the store is great to deal with. Even when i was buying a new bike and called for guidance on what they felt and they offered advice. Every time i have had anything done on my bike they did a great job. I trust them with treating me fair and honest.
