STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. They only care about your money and taking it away from you. And if you go anywhere else they will seriously treat you differently/ bump up prices/ etc, in my case, I got banned from going there..AFTER I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2014 CBR1000rr with Taylor made exhaust all cash up front. -all because I decided to use a private mechanic when it came to a complete rebuild due to a wreck because I didnt entrust fun wheels incompetent workers to do it. I brought the bike in for fork seals that were Covered under warranty and when I got it back hardware had been replaced due to it being lost, if you cant keep track of a fork seal set up how can I expect you to dissemble my whole bike? Their staff sells products that they are completely Misinformed about but once you purchase something thats it, you are on your own, call the manufacturer. I purchased a bazzaz unit through them after they hyped it all up and told me how easy it was setting up fuels maps etc but when I actually got it Andrea installed it caused nothing but issues and they were clueless on every aspect of creating/reading/adjusting fuel maps, My bike continued to give me issues with the bazzaz so after I decided to pay them to fix it after going in 10 times asking for help, they charged me $300 told me bike was good, took it out and broke down 1.5 hours from home. My experience with funwheels strted out well but seriously declined ina short period of time. They must be seriously hurting on business to create conflicts with the mechanic who I had do the bike rebuild accusing Him of stealing customers, this mechanic that I had do my frame swap has a TRUE PASSION for motorcycles and takes care of EVERY SINGLE one of his clients, makes sure they are 1000% satisfied and comfortable with his work, he could careless if you allow him to work on your bike, he doesnt throw you a sales pitch or convince you hes better or talk down about another mechanic. He tells you Everything that there is and his previous work is proof for everything he says. I NEVER felt that way with fun wheels, id stay away from the mechanic don that works there. He lies and gossips about people worse than high school girls and created a lot of issues that were not necessary. The only employee worth talking to would be the parts girl at the front counter Meghan. I only gave 1 star because i couldnt give a goose egg. Shame on this shop as a whole for allowing a situation to become so unprofessional and immature.

I was recommended this place to get my tires replaced. When I called up they gave me a reasonable price. It didnt matter anyway because I needes the work done since I was going away. When I went to the service desk I was just ignored for 5 minutes while Rich was sending texts on his phone. After he got done inputting my information in the system I was giving him some small talk about how they were charging more somewhere else. He then went on a rant how I didnt even call ahead to see if he could get me a deal on tires and just bought them online, saying that that Im "taking 20% of his paycheck" because I went online to buy tires. Customer service wise it was horrible, and for the tires being installed, the rear tire wasnt aligned, and the chain was way over tightened, even though it says the proper chain play directly on the swing arm. This place was horrible, I will never go there again, if I didnt have to get the service done, I would have left the second I was ignored so Rich could send some texts.

I absolutely hate their service. As a new rider, they dont bother to help move the bike to the truck. Left me stranded after paying for the carborators cleaned for over $700. At the end of the day, its about that paycheck and it hurts me so much as I do not own a license and they allowed me to go and take a risk to drive the bike on the highway. I also injured my right shoulder in the process and they dont even care. They dont care about your safety, they get the work, get paid for it and thats all that matters to them

Rich was very rude, stood at the desk for about ten minutes while he sat on his phone texting and didnt even acknowledge me. Yelled at his coworker "cant you see Im busy," when he tried to talk to him. Very rude man, should not be in customer service! Would highly recommend NOT going here! One of the worst places I have ever been to, didnt even do the work to the motorcycle correctly, over tightened the chain and didnt align the back tire!!! Very poor business! Would never go back here!!

They probably dont have the part you need. Buy it on Amazon, a prime member will receive their parts faster than Fun wheels will. But if you do need something and dont want to go online, the parts department is friendly and knowledgeable. Buying a bike? Talk to Harry at Riverhead Honda before making a deal. Fixing your bike? Unless you can do it yourself youre screwed no matter where you go.

Bought a snow blower in December.during the first snow storm and five minutes into my very first use, it stalled. Called the store,explained that I was alone and needed help. Ten minutes later, Joe arrived. Not only did he fixed the problem, but he helped with the snow removal. You cant find better service than that. Now I understand why they have been in business for so long.
