Green Mountain Harley Davidson is a first class business! I have only been riding for four years, but no matter what my needs are, big or small, everyone is ready to help with a big smile on their faces! I recently purchased a 2012 Harley Switchback and Dave Pearson and Joanne Pecor were very helpful and accomodating for every step of the way until the final delivery! No pressures, information and creativity at their best! The Service and Part depts run by Christine is very efficient and kudos to Sir Chris Overton for spending a long time with me to make sure I was getting what I want. I highly recommend GMHD and they certainly have my vote for the best Harley Davidson dealership there is!!! Thanks again to everyone at GMHD!!!!

Thanks to the team at Green Mountain Harley Davidson. It was a tough choice to let my 08 Electra Glide go....so tough that they had worked out a super deal for me last year and I walked away from it. I came back this year, and got the same great customer service and made the trade to my 16 Road King. I love the ride, love the low payments, and the fact that everyone there has been extremely helpful. Yea - they have to make money, Harley isnt a NON PROFIT Organization, but they really do seem to care and want you to have a good experience. I look forward to stopping in to say hi when I can, as I know everyone will always be there with a smile! Thanks to my salesman John, and of course Pete, and the rest of the GMHD crew!

GMHD is the greatest.... I finally purchased my long desired Harley in 2013 and became a VIP member. All the staff have bent over backwards to help and welcomed me to the dealership 110%. From Tim (my salesperson) to Ken and Archil (admin/sales, etc.), Christine and Joanne, Abe and Justin (service/parts) to Ky and Morgan (Marketing, Merchandise and Event planning, BTW - Ky s the best), and then there is Debby and Dave (General Managers - owners), all have been very welcoming and helpful. GMHD supports every owner and our local Champlain Valley HOG Chapter to the fullest extent. It has been a pleasure to have the support and service from everyone at the dealership. I can t recommend them enough!

A great place! No business is perfect, but its obvious that the owners here are going for perfection. There are lots of good people in all the right places and I feel the staff really does try to do a great job. They nearly always succeed. And even when things dont go perfectly well, Ive been pleased by the extra mile taken to make things right. The bikes arent cheap, the accessories arent free, and its just plain water that comes out of the tap. Theyre there to make money folks, but they do a great job giving value for the money.

The sales manager insults you with less than wholesale prices on your trade&tries to get your bike for nothing.Hes far from professional&likes to argue.My buddy tried out a used bike last week that was just serviced,a mile down the road it broke down.The price kept changing 3 different times,youd think the salesman would be more organized.Even the owner was rude&obnoxious.They are very pushy&harassing,constant phone calls to my home with their outrageous pricing.Ill never go back.The worst Harley dealer Iv;e ever been in.

Highly recommended. While Im not sure I will choose a Harley, the interaction with the sales representative Anthony, as well as the sales manager Shawn, has been top-notch. After stopping by, I got a call to check how it had gone; I gave positive feedback but also identified an opportunity for improvement. Shortly after I received a callback from the manager who was very positive. The opposite of defensiveness! Anyway, the professionalism is comforting in the event I choose a Harley. Highly recommended.

While on our way to Nova Scotia from southern Indiana my battery decided to dump on me at the motel in Burlington Vermont. I called Green Mountain Harley Davidson first thing the next morning and told them my problem. They picked my Road King up and took it to the dealership. Within two hours including pick up they put a new battery in and checked my charging and I was back on the road. We completed our 4300 mile trip thanks to the great staff at Green Mountain Harley Davidson.

How nice it is to get into a dealership where they have your best interest in mind. They dont try to sell you a bike that would be too big for you. How refreshing to not be ignored because i am a woman (happened 3 times at Land-Air). Dave & debby are terrific & they also do a lot for the community. I would recomend this business to anyone!
