This place is excellent. I went in with little to no knowledge of motorcycle gear hoping to come out ready and equipped for my MSF course the following week. They were able to help me find the best equipment for the price point I set for myself. The woman that was assisting me went out of her way to make sure that I knew what to look for with each piece of protective gear. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase gear. Update: Several years later - Went in to get a new helmet and the same customer service rep was absolutely wonderful to work with. I have a weird head shape, so getting a dual sport helmet was extremely hard. She set me up with a new HJC dual sport helmet that I didnt even know existed and fit perfectly. I still would recommend this place to anyone with gear needs!

Roadside is the rare place where you really do feel like the folks there are your friends. I bought my first bike there back in 1980 or so, and when I got back into motorcycling 12 years ago I began using them for service. The service department is top notch, professional and prices are reasonable. When I needed a new helmet a few years ago I went there and Mary took a lot of time to explain the proper fitment, the differences between manufacturers and how to remove and wash the lining. Ive also purchased other motorcycle gear there and they are very easy to do business with. Even though my bike brand is one they dont sell, I have them do all the work they can on it. Roadside is a fantastic Vermont business and I am glad to spend my motorcycle dollars there.

Rude ! Rude ! Rude ! Called and made an appointment with Chris. Got to store and he was not there. When he showed up, he handed us the keys for the side by side. Did not even go outside to show us unit or answer questions. We had to go into his office and drag him out each time we had a question. Completely rude !!! Just did not seem to care that we were there ! Lied to us about the Costco buyer club discounts and refused to show us the sheet for price from Costco buyers club. The unit we looked at was very dirty. I might also add that there was not another customer around. Stopped at another store on way home and was treated the way you should be when you are looking at a 16,000 side by side !!!! I would avoid this store at all cost !!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service at this full-service motorcycle shop. I went in looking for a helmet and found they had a wide selection to try on to find just the right one that fit my head. This is a big difference from another local bike shop that I tried that had only a few helmets, and only cheap ones that were barely worthwhile. And I got a great lesson in how helmets should really fit. I felt safer and more knowledgable walking out of there. This is an experience that you cant replicate buying a helmet over the internet. And to add to the wonderful experience, the helmet I bought was actually cheaper here (including the tax!) than I could have gotten it online. Definitely a top-rated place to go for motorcycles and motorcycle accessories.

Bought a new snowmobile from roadside a year ago and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. I bought new so I would have a reliable machine. After the first half-hour of use I was stranded on a VAST trail. I brought the machine back to them to have it repaired,(machine had 5 miles at this point) they were prompt to work on it but after waiting around for 3 hours and no fix I left it with them. Took 2 days to perform a "jimmy rigged" repair. At that point I wanted a different new machine or my money back. They would not do either. I would never buy from them again and certainly have sent friends elsewhere. I have been doing business with Land Air since and have been happy with them.

60 bucks for a 400cc motorcycle change is a little pricey. Came here for inspection and they refused to give me a sticker because of an apparent steering bearing that wanted my front wheel to stay in the middle more than the sides.... over 300 bucks they wanted, went somewhere else without a problem and I have been riding fine since. Not to mention the guy was an arrogant prick that rubbed me the wrong way, have not dealt with him since. I am from MA originally but Ive never seen them touch the steering on a bike during inspection.. tires, mirrors, horn blinkers, check, GOOD to go.

We drove over here from Plattsburgh because of the selection and were delighted at the excellent service. Went to get my boyfriend geared up for his new motorcycle, the sales lady was very nice and extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure he got exactly the gear he wanted and that everything fit perfectly. A couple of items we special ordered; ordered them on a Saturday and they were there on Tuesday. We will certainly come here again. They even gave us a discount and matched a competitors price!

Wonderful people. I came to buy a motorcycle, and I found a used one I thought I liked. We arranged the loan, got the paperwork done, the fella even went so far as to permit me storage at his house for the Winter. I got on the road happy as a clam and, after two hours of riding, I found that forward controls absolutely KILL my back. He took the bike back and tore up the paperwork; even made sure the DMV fees werent charged. Ill do anything to keep my business there in the future.

Solid family owned dealership. Good folks. Know their business, and are fair to deal with. Love their service and parts departments. Have less experience with the upstairs sales folks, but have not experienced or heard any strong negatives. If in the market for motorcycle stuff, they tend to be my first stop. If I was looking to purchase brandY or brandK (or have any brand serviced - they have worked on my Hondas), they would be my go-to.

Purchased my first motorcycle here a few year ago from Chris. The staff here are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I have only had to get a few things done to my bike since I purchased it and the shop here does great work. The mechanic remembered who I was even though he has only seen me a few times. Whether you are buying, selling, or just need to get your bike worked on this is the place to go. I am officially a customer for life.

This shop has the best reputation for both its sales and its service department and I agree, its top rated. Many customers Ive spoken to have felt the same way. I will not buy a brand of motorcycle that must be serviced elsewhere because of the lousy reputations at some other places. I wont mention names, but those who have gone to those other places know who I mean. I highly recommend Roadside Motorsports and their service dept.

So I was new to this whole bike riding thing and needed a helmet, jacket, and some gloves and had no idea what I was supposed to get. The lady there helped me out, gave me a run down of the items I was looking at, and help me get sized up. I was greatly impressed with their service and recommend them to anyone who needs anything motorcycle related.
