I’ve only written about 3 reviews in my life but I felt compelled to share my experience. On July 6th I called the service department to schedule one of my 4 Polaris quads for some simple belt service and a diagnosis of a front end noise. I explained to Mike that I wanted to get 2 of my 4 quads serviced and he was clear they were busy. I informed him of our families plans to travel the weekend of August 4th to northern New England to ride the quads for 4 days so I didn’t need it right away. I also gave them a clean exit that if he couldn’t help me that I could go elsewhere for this repair. He understood and suggested that if I could only service the quad with the noise he could accommodate our schedule. He took a couple minutes and came back to the phone and told me to bring the machine in on Thursday July 20th and he would have no problem getting us taken care of. I brought him the machine that day and reiterated our travel plans, he again reassured me they would handle it. On July 31 I gave them a call and he told me they hadn’t yet looked at it. I reminded him of the schedule that he not only committed to but HE SUGGESTED AND MADE! I told him I would be in on Thursday the 3rd to pick it up and he said he understood. Well, today is Thursday the 3rd and I went there and guess what… They didn’t do anything. My needs as the customer who communicated clearly with them for nearly 6 weeks meant absolutely nothing to the service department. In business and life your commitments and your word are the only thing that truly defines you and your character. In this case CT Power has exposed themselves to me as unreliable and untrustworthy. In the end, I have the final say as the customer, I had a purchase invoice for $16,500 for 2 new quads to replace two of my older ones. I tore it in half and asked the service rep to give it back to my sales rep. It’s a small feeling of vindication for the vacation of mine that their disregard for me ruined.

I ride a 2013 Honda CBR500R, before that I had a Honda CBR250R. I always had bike serviced (tire changes, new chain, new sprockets, oil changes, etc) at the Honda shop Mikey Finns Honda on the Berlin tpike but they recently closed and had to find a new spot to get work done. last year I got tires at CT power and sport and they gave me a great deal for tires, mounting, balance, the works. I put over 11k miles on those tires and it was time for new ones. I called at the end of July hoping to get an appointment but they were super busy and I made an appointment for two weeks later. I dropped my bike off and it turned out the tire I wanted to get a good deal didnt come in my size, so they matched the deal with a different set of tires, I was super happy, the tire was on back order so my bike was at the shop for about a week, but as soon as it came in they got it done rest fast and the price was fantastic. (I know a guy who.bought the same tires and had another shop do all the labor he paid $250 more than i did) 10 days after I get these brand new tires I find a nail in my rear tire. i called them up and said hey listen im going to need to come back for a new tire (dont recommend patching a motorcycle tire, I dont trust it, and even the shops dont recommend it) right when I called the guy I spoke to pit the order in for the tire, within two days Im back on my bike, and because I just got new tires he have me an even better deal than before for the new tire and labor to install it. great people work here, not trying to scam you, friendly and fast service at a reasonable price. what more can you ask for. definitely coming back here for all my motorcycle needs. thanks guys, Im back on the road and couldnt be happier!

i found about ct. power and sports by searching the internet for a seadoo spark. I searched all over within 150 miles of my home and found the lowest price on there website, it was the end of the season and after calling them and talking to Mark who seemed to be incharge of the jetskis i had had some questions . he took his time to answer all of them and never seemed irritated by my continuous questioning. some of them were repetitive. When i went to the place to pick up the ski i found out Mark was one of the owners and he seemed real down to earth, It was nice to deal with an owner who took the time to talk to you, I had already left a deposit online for the ski so i was surprised the time he spent with me going over everything and the paperwork, there was no hidden fees or any other issues. he had someone go over the ski with me and show me everything. I enjoyed how i was treated. as for the The store it had every kind of toy you could imagine, jet skis, bikes and a load of the atvs. Ive. There web site said they are the lowest prices around and at least for what i was looking to buy this was true. ive continued to look around at deals and prices just to see if i could have found one cheaper and have yet to find a better one. Now mayby it was because it was off season or they were moveing invintory but The ski was priced right and have nothing bad to say about my experience, I have never written a review before but felt it might help someone with there choice. , if i do buy another i will certainly check out this place first.

Buyer Beware ! They do carry nice stuff, but their products and repair rates are overpriced and their service department is slow. I purchased a riding mower from them, so when it broke down I decided to take it to them for repair. (I guess I should have headed my fathers warning, because they had once tried to charge him $14 for sheer pins for his Honda snow blower) For starters, they didnt even want to give me a repair quote, and instead asked me to simply set a limit as to how much I was "willing to pay to get my lawn mower fixed." Then, as long as the cost to repair the mower turned out to be less than my threshold amount, they would simply repair the mower and call me when it was ready. Who runs a business like this ?!? I finally insisted and got a quote out of them once they had diagnosed the problem, but when I went to pick it up the total cost was $60 higher than the price they quoted me on the phone. I basically had to get indignant with the service guy in order to get them to honor the price they quoted me. The mower is running, and I did end up paying the amount that I expected in the end, but a fairly simple repair took 2 1/2 weeks and overall I was not happy with the way I was treated.
