Recently Inherited a Electra Glide over the winter and started working on it. I was buying everything online, until I needed a dealer only part. I forgot TSI was nearby and I took the drive over there. Well I instantly felt welcome, Krystal greeted me and is the biggest sweet heart ever. I then proceeded to the parts department where the guys were just as nice and helpful. After I went home I canceled my current online order I was waiting for and went back to TSI, I learned that they arent very expensive like I keep hearing Plus I get A+ help and the right parts everytime. They actually saved me money on some of the parts since I didnt need the entire kit I was ordering and only needed specific which they had. Since then I have bought every part to finish this build from them and Havent looked back, I am very glad I started going there. I own a local business and I struggle to find good customer service that meets my expectations anywhere. TSI has met it every time I have gone in there since and Im on my 7th or 8th trip now! Thank you very much and I look forward to future business and rides! 6-10 Ive now used the Service Department and Im not overall happy with the outcome. There is a clear disconnect between the service writers and the technicians. I brought my bike in for a safety inspection, to have my check engine light cleared and a bolt changed. I received the bike back and I didnt get the full inspection (skipped most important part in my opinion), the bolt was never changed and the check engine light was never cleared only diagnosed, which I already knew what it was and told them that. They also charged me for a new gasket to check my fluids which I had told them I had recently changed and replaced. I feel that when I called and asked about everything there wasnt much care in the end. The communication between the front and the back needs to be better. I really wish I could rate the two departments separately. The sales and parts department are awesome and I will still shop there.

While traveling on our motorcycles a few weeks ago from North Carolina to Maine my brother-in-law hit a pothole and eventually got a flat front tire on the Massacusetts highway on a Sunday afternoon. I got on my phone to look for the closest Harley Dealership and it directed me to TSI (and thank God it did) because these people were wonderful!! I spoke to the owner who got in his truck/trailer and came to pick us up and took the bike to his shop while the rest of us followed. Remember it was a Sunday so all the service departments were closed. By the time we arrived at his shop he had called in his tech who did the repairs and had us on the road within an hour. Being from out of state and not knowing where to turn for help can be a little worrisome. We were so fortunate to have connected with the right people who went way above and beyond!!!! We highly recommend this dealership!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

My husband and I have been going to TSI HD in Ellington since the store in Columbia closed, It is a much greater distance to go than the other HD dealer in Hartford which I frequent from time to time if Im in the area. however we find ourselves returning time and time again to TSI ; As if there was ever a thing called Great customer Service this is where youll find it. From Justin in the Parts dept. to Bob in the Service Dept and everyone in between, You will always be greeted as you enter, all the guys and gals are very helpful whether they are in their respective department or another one. They are all very knowledgeable about their product. also I took the Riders Edge course last week and have obtained my M endorsement on my license , Chris. W is an Excellent instructor and I would encourage anyone who wants to ride to take this course at TSI .. Great job, Keep it up.....

I recently got my motorcycle endorsement and went to TSI to get a jacket that would offer me protection on the bike and incase of an accident. I began trying on a couple leather jackets (expensive!!) and the young girl in the department couldnt be bothered to help me; she was too busy on her cell phone. A different girl said hello when I walked in but other than that, no one spoke to me. I found a jacket a loved and ended up going to another nearby dealer and purchasing the same $400.00+ leather jacket from them. I could have saved money on gas and bought the jacket at TSI but because the customer service left much to be desired, I drove 15 miles further to make my purchase. The dealer I went to was wonderful with a very helpful and friendly staff. I will continue to drive out of my way to Hartford for all my Harley needs.

TSI has changed staff and they are VERY attentive. Owners Harry and Kelly are at shop every day and work to make the Harley Davidson experience right for every customer. I have received world class service, on a tight deadline for a cross country trip. I make it a point to get to know the staff. Crystal in clothing is attentive friendly and smart. Dan in parts has never let me down, even if its a single lost screw. Bill the manager in service will bend over backwards to be sure you are happy. TSI is small enough to care, and big enough to have everything I need for my Harley Davidson! (Longmeadow Mass)

I never will go to TSI again. I needed parts and the short counter person had a Napoleon complex. He was rude and obnoxious to me and another customer. A business is no place to try to show the world how tough you think you are. It seems that most of the good counter help is no longer there. The entire business has gone downhill over the past few years and has become very unprofessional. Thank god that Gengras HD is nearby. They are very professional and deserve my business.

I saw a 2003 Sreamin Eagle Softail Deuce on the TSI website back in February of this year. Since I live in Jersey, I had to rely on phone and email communication with my salesperson Dave. I left a deposit by phone, then took a drive to see the bike. It was everything described and more. Everyone was friendly and helpful during every stage of the transaction. They made the process easy. I love the bike and would recommend TSI to anyone.

I blew a rear tire on 84 I called a TSI right at closing time, Mark got on the phone and got all my info and said I will be there in 30 min. 30 min later two trucks showed up one for the bike one for me. Harry took me to a hotel and told me to call in the morning they will come back and pick me up. Not only has my faith in Humanity been restored but so has my faith in customer service.

Upon entering the dealership we instantly felt welcome. Crystal greeted us with a warm hello and Todd couldnt have been more genuine, friendly, and knowledgable about the bike we were interested in. We really wish we lived closer to them for future service, etc. Highly recommend them! Keep up the great customer service!
