Ok...write a review, first off, Id like to point out other reviews....people complaining about this job should of cost this and should of cost that...listen people, you have a building that cost abc a month and have to employ certified service techs and knowledgeable sales staff that make xyz...we come here because of that and to get the right job done. I shopped many places for my Polaris slingshot SL and bought at Honda of riverhead for a reason. Harry in sales knows these units probably better then anyone Ive talked to....and THATS why I purchased my slingshot there. Ive talked to Chris and his whole team in service. Ive had questions and they gave me answers...the right ones. If your going to be a tire kicker.....go to Nassau and walk around their showroom holding your girls hand waiting for permission to buy something. If your a serous buyer, go see Harry at riverhead Honda. This dealer is there for one thing...to give you what you want, when you want it. See you guys in a few months for my next slingshot.

On day me and my youngest son went to the riverhead outlet just before school started to get some sneakers and some stuff for school after like I often do I Asked my son if he wanted to see some motorcycles so we went to riverhead honda its not my first time their I brought my oldest son a bike from their everything is all about the kids i always dream of having a bike of my own so when I got their there she was victoria I call her a brand new 2014 victory vision Harry and Victor and the rest of the staff had made my dream come true they helped me get a bike when no one else could Harrys words to me was i see that your a good man I see you in here all the time with your kids and you deserve it I cant say enough about how nice and professional they were they did what they said and more got me payments I could afford and the bike of my dreams So to Harry and the crew I thank you from the bottom of my heart .

I have bought many vehicles,atvs, and motorcylesin my life. My recent purchase of a can am xmr 1000 from Riverhead Honda is definitely gonna make me want to continue to purchase from them. Brian and Harry in sales were such a pleasure to deal with and I feel they gave me a very great deal. I highly recommend them. The service and parts dept. Is top notch. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable of whatever part your looking for. This is the place you should be buying your next toy and servicing your current ones. DO NOT GO HERE. I admit I dont know much about motorcycles so I walked into this store hoping to get some help, instead they took advantage. I wanted a tube put in one of my tires, I had the rim and tire off the bike already with one of the tire walls already mounted on the rim. All that was left was to throw in the tube (which I supplied them with) and mount the other tire wall on the rim. I was charged 65$ for this minor job, a job i found out which should of only costed me 25-30$.

I have been dealing with Honda of Riverhead for about 4 years and I am very pleased with them. Looking for a bike or for that matter any recreational vehicle, see Harry. Hes one hell of a nice guy and is very knowledgeable about his entire stock of vehicles. Need service, see Chris the service manager. Unlike many powersport companies, everyone here is extremely passionate about their products and it shows with their excellent service and how quickly they get back to you. Time is certainly not wasted here because i had a motorcycle in on a Tuesday that was getting new headlights, exhaust, clutch and break levers, tires, rider and passenger pegs, windscreen, and a gas tank cap and this was all ready by wednesday morning. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

I cannot say enough about how great Harry and his team are! They are extremely honest, fair and some of the most accommodating people. Anytime I need anything done on my Honda CBR I ride out to riverhead from Hicksville- they are worth every trip out there. I highly suggest buying from them or having them fix or upgrade your bikes. I wont buy from anywhere or anyone else. Great job guys!!

Walked in after looking at a bike on their website and was greeted by Vic. He was extreamly nice and helpful and couldnt do more to assist me with any questions I had. He was extreamly honest with absolutely no B.S. and laid everything out for me step by step. I bought myself a VTX1300, and I would highly recommend anyone to go and see him. Harry is amazing! My wife lost my motorcycle key and she was able to call in, talk to Harry, verify information and get the key code to make another key. Harry was extremely polite and professional, and saved me from having to pay hundreds of dollars to a locksmith, who probably would have busted up my bike. Thanks!

These guys know their stuff. Any problem Ive ever had with my bike, they knew what it was right away. Harry, who sold me my bike is a really great guy. Several times when I was stranded and had to leave the bike there, he gave me a ride home. I would buy another bike from there anytime.
