Very upset about the way the owners are running their business here. Currently Ive been waiting over an hour to get a call back from Diane, who "quickly stepped out." I have a UTV there right now, which i brought in for warranty work. (the axle bearings need to be replaced.) upon arrival i signed a paper saying i would be okay with them spending up to $400 to repair the utv. a few days after, i got a call saying the vehicle needs over $2000 in repairs, which is something i expected, but the thing has a warranty, so i assumed id be paying no more than $400 as a deductible, which is why i signed the approval. instead of calling me before dismantling the entire front end, they decided to take it apart and then call to notify me that because the vehicle is lifted, it wouldnt be covered by the manufacturer warrant, and to repair it would cost $2000. i promptly told them to put it back together. I feel as though the right thing to do, and the right way to run a business, would be to pull in the vehicle, note that it is lifted and not covered by warranty, notify the customer of this predicament, and if they decided to continue with the diagnosis, then go from there. Instead, they did not tell me anything until they had already taken the UTV apart. Now they want me to pay them this $400 for diagnosis. nowhere on the agreement does it read, "i the customer am approving you to spend $400 and call me when you need more." or " i the customer am approving you to diagnose the vehicle for up to $400." it says, i request that REPAIRS be done in the amount of up to $400. not diagnosis. So here i wait, for a call that will most likely not come. Extremely disappointed. i understand that a business needs to make money, but screwing over customers is not the way to do it. if i had received a call explaining that it wouldnt be covered by warranty and it was gonna cost $400 just to diagnose it, i would have gladly given them my business. customer contact is extremely important in a successful business where most consumers dont understand the inner workings of their product.

I am a long time motorcycle enthusiast and have bought bikes from Enfield more than once. In the last month I purchased a new Titan snowmobile trailer from Enfield and I could have bought one elsewhere for less however I wanted to support a local dealer. When I went to pick up the trailer I decided to purchase a spare tire and spare tire mount and two atv tubes(again much more expensive than if I had bought online) and add it to my bill. A couple weeks later I get around to installing the tube and see that they sold me the wrong stem type(it was rubber and you need a metal stem with nuts to stop the tube from shearing the stem off) I decided to try it anyway and after one ride it sheared the stem. I returned to the store today to exchange the other tube which I didnt open for the correct one and was told I couldnt because it was over 10 days. I asked the parts guy to check with the owner and explained I just purchased the trailer etc... he left and came back in a few minutes to tell me the owner said we do not take back tubes. I left the tube at the dealership and left without a refund or exchange extremely dissapointed. Apparently they need the money more than me. I am at a total loss for words. It blows my mind that this business is so short sighted and cant see that they lost a customer. I will never set foot in that dealership again and neither will my friends. That $30 tube is going to cost them thousands. Foolish.

I was in need of a 2016 r6 after browseing on line I knew what I could get left over ones for (but we all know Yamaha blue is more money) so I called up ended up speaking to dale. She gave me a price I asked her if she do it for a witch was close to what I wanted befor tax and reg so I shot her a offer she took it. Me and my girlfriend went down my girl was going to put the bike in her name so a loan but was only approved for half of it but befor she filled out the app dale was like are u sure u want to do this Im a mom also ( so she not about money money money she took into consideration my girlfriends credit line) witch tells u what kinda of people they are long story short my girl paid a down payment my mom paid the rest off cash so no need to deal with the bank loans. They had the bike prepped and ready she told me should be done by 12 noon the next day. She called me about 20 mins before they open saying the bike ready for pick up so was ready earlier then what she stated( granted they have to give a time frame because things do come up. She was grate to deal with kind carding thoughtful no hassle at all. My girl bought a Yamaha hat at the parts counter that went quickly and smoothly also. A+++ service all around. I wood go back and deal with dale again if I needed another bike!!

Dishonest! Dont go here! I went in (2009) for a suspension rebuild on my motocross bike. Ive had problems for two seasons and took it into a different shop (2011). The second shop told me that the springs were still stock. (They gave me back the stock parts). I called and spoke with Diane, the head of the service department. I advised her that I was charged $900 for work that wasnt done. She told me that the work was done two years ago and that there was nothing she could do. I advised her that I had paperwork which showed that the work wasnt done, and she did not want to see it. I also told her I had the stock parts to back my claim. (It would be noted that it is not abnormal in any way for it to take two seasons for a person to go to a different shop and have them redo a $900 job that should never have had to be redone in the first place.) Enfield Motor Sports provided me with horrible service and did not complete my job. When I brought this to their attention I received a horrible response. I believe their actions in this instance are actually criminal, and when I advised Diane of this she told me that I could "do what I had to do" and she would have her lawyer respond. This shop is dishonest. Do not go there.

Very Unprofessional. Ive been spending here for a few years now and I am very dissatisfied with there service and my overall experince. They have high prices WITHOUT the service and quality to back it up. I have had them order parts for my bikes several times and received the wrong part. When I try to return the part they will not except it. I have also recently purchased a brand new bike through Enfield motor sports, and there were several issues I noticed days after buying. When confronting Enfield motor sports they told me there is no warranty on the bike and that I would have to pay for all the the repairs out of pocket. When I brought my bike back for the necessary repairs. The process was long and drawn out. They did not call me to tell me what was wrong with the bike after they found out. I had to call them several times before finally getting in contact with some who could give me a clear answer and estimate. Witch was to high for me. I was charged more then the maximum amount that was agreed on when picking the bike up. I will no longer be a costumer of Enfield motor sports. I hope this review helps you get a better over all picture of the negligence and mistreatment that goes on here. Have a nice day and stay away!!
