It makes me really sad to leave this review. I used to receive great service from this shop. The people were always pleasant and friendly as well. Although they are still friendly, unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the bad service. I made an appointment a week in advance to have my chain tightened and to put a brighter headlight on. They said my bike could also use a new gasket on the carb so I agreed to that as well. I called every week to check in on the process. Three weeks later still nothing had been done and the only progress was that they had ordered the wrong gasket. One more week and finally the correct gasket was ordered, put on and the chain was tightened. I picked up my bike and they kindly did not charge me because my bike had been untouched in the shop for so long. Though the $20 gasket would have only taken about 15 minutes to install myself. I know this because I had completely taken apart and cleaned the carb a few years ago myself. When I had picked up my bike I told them to forget the headlight.This is frustrating because I gave no restrictions on what headlight I wanted. I told them anything they wanted to toss on I’d pay for as long as it was brighter, which quite frankly anything would have done the job, even ducktaping a regular flashlight to it, because my headlight was beyond dim. I google searched headlight upgrades for my bike and within under five minutes I found one, ordered it and not even a week later I installed it myself. On the ride home from picking up my bike I noticed it sputtering in high RPMs, right before shifting. It had been running smoothly before I dropped it off. I do not beat on my bike and am in no way too heavy for the engine. I summed it up to old gas, being that it had just been sitting for a month. I swapped the gas and gave it a few solid runs. Disappointingly that was not the issue and it still sputters, hesitates and has a loss of power. My bike is by no means a difficult bike to work on. Everything is pretty simple and straight forward. I used to do all the work myself. Between lack of time and the peace of mind knowing that someone with more knowledge working on it brings I had decided to start servicing at this shop. The technician that used to give great service no longer seems to work there. I wish I had known that before bringing my bike in for service because unfortunately my bike is now in worse condition than when I dropped it off.

Had service work done last Friday on my new DarkHorse and it was great! Chatted with staff & the owner of the store in the showroom, met some fun people cycle shopping as well as other service clients. My service techs were not only helpful but wonderfully courteous and yes, thanked me three times by three techs for bringing my bike to their department. Couldnt have been a better experience. I love my new air box, glovebox and was happy to have my (500) 1,000 mi. oil & safety checkup too. Great product, selection, great people from the top down, ready & willing to make your buying opportunity a client success with wonderful follow up service!!!! After reading some of the negative reviews above I felt it is important to note that as a longtime customer a tremendous amount of staff changes have been made and all staff now is 100% on board to making your experience at the dealership a great one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
