This place blows. Theres no sugar coating it. In the words of Homer Simpson, these guys are the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked. Im giving it one star because it wont let me post my review with no stars. In 2008 I made the mistake of buying a Ducati from these knuckleheads. At the time I asked the shaved apes in service to roll the handlebar back for me before I picked it up to shorten the reach. They managed to scratch the hell out of the tachometer lens while loosening two bolts. They swore up and down theyd fix it under warrantee. I tried calling for weeks...they basically screwed me. So I polished it with Novus for three weeks until it came out. Fast forward 6 years and I am currently interested in a Triumph. Whos the only Triumph dealer in Suffolk County? These idiots. So in spite of myself I go and talk to a salesman. He tells me the price. I tell him Ill think about it. I call him 2 days later, and tell him I think I want the bike, but I dont want to finance...whats the final final cost with tax, prep and all that other bullshit so I know how big of a bag of money Ill need if I want to buy it. He wont call me back. I called SIX more times over the last three weeks and I cant get ANY salesman over there to call me back, to take a big bag of money. This will be the easiest sale in the history of motorcycling...and no one over there is interested in taking my money. No one. Im begging them to take my money, and they dont want it. Then I called Gold Coast in New Hyde Park...its a hike from my house, but their salesman Steve...he was nice, took 2 minutes to answer my question, and now Ill be bringing my bag of money over there instead. F U Formula One. You suck.

There needs to be a no star option. I went to buy a CF Moto quad there 2 years ago. I forgot the name of the salesman but he lied about the price to me. I went to the owner to get the price that the salesperson quoted me (after putting a deposit down) and the owner would not honor it. He lowered the price for me but not to the point the salesperson gave me. I wound up going to a CF Moto dealership in Pennsylvania who gave me the price that I wanted. Most recently, I needed to get a receiver for my hitch on the same quad. CF Moto was paying for this and said I can get it at any dealership. It was going to be paid under a warranty claim. All Formula One had to do was speak to the gentlemen at CF Moto corporate to get it approved. Reuben in parts refused to do it because I did not purchase the quad from them. Isnt Formula One Motorsports supposed to represent the brands they sell? I am not shocked that there are so many bad reviews for this place. The fact that I drove almost 180 miles away speaks volumes.

If I could give this dealer a negative amount of stars I would. They are completely unprofessional and absolute crooks. Bought my motorcycle (new) from them, went to ride it home and the bike leaked gasoline. This was after the fact that they told me they tightened up all screws and made sure it was good to go. Then brought my motorcycle to them to fix a flat tire. HUGE mistake. These morons could not even assemble it back together correctly. They neglected to place the rear caliper back in its socket preventing me from using my back brakes. They took no fault and I lost over 300 dollars because of them. No idea how they are still in business with the upselling of bikes. They are pretty much a scam to sum it all up. Not to mention he lied about my warranty on the bike, Said it came with a year warranty from dealer but it was suppose to come with two, but they are no longer triumph dealers so they technically owned the bike and it was not a part of triumph any longer. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough nice things about this shop. It was recommended by a cousin of mine who lives in the area and even though I live in Astoria I took a chance and went out there. I am so glad I did! The staff there are friendly and when I told them I was coming out from Astoria they promised to get me in and out as quickly as possible. And that is exactly what they did. The estimate they gave me as far as price and labor was spot on. Since I was waiting a little for the bike, a Ducati 2011 796 Monster, to be done I was asked by a couple of the staff if I was being helped. The gentleman that I dealt with, Seth, was extremely helpful. I enjoyed hearing about some of his projects and seeing pictures of them as well as some of his really cool trips. Thank you kindly Seth! Heck, even the coffee from the coffee truck was quite good! I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone!!! Angel

This place is a disappointment. I met with the only salesman, which I think was a guy named Joe, who was dressed like a slob and had no manners. I was there to buy a Ducati panigale 959 in white and was a serious Buyer with 5k cash down. The guy took my offer on the bike which was 1500 off sticker and then came back 2 minutes later saying they would not discount it from sticker and plus a 995 "fee." I asked him if he was serious and the guy said yup and picked up his sandwich and started to eat it. This place lacks salesman and professionalism. I would NEVER BUY A BIKE FROM THERE. I Can you only imagine what their service would be like on my purchase. The salesman also added that the "owner" would only sell it at sticker, so if thats true, he should probably revisit his sales agenda. Not paying sticker on something that depreciates in value the second I drive it off their lot.

Went to their other location in Queens (the good location) to look at a used Ducati Monster. The price there was $8150 (and they said they had some wiggle room). Fast forward a couple days. I go back to Queens and they said that the bike was moved to Formula One. I drive over there and the price turned into $8395. Whitey said hed look at my trade-in the next day at 12. I get there promptly at 12. I wait until 2 and he doesnt show up, I leave. I really liked this bike so I went back for one more try a couple days later. The price becomes $9495 with no room for negotiation and Whitey wouldnt even talk to me. He ran away and hid in an office when he heard that I was pissed off. Pretty sure he doesnt want to sell bikes, just collect them all. They get one star from me for a decent service department.

EXCELLENT! I have dealt with Formula One on a number of occasions and they have always been courteous and accommodating. I live in Astoria and am happy to take the ride out to Oakdale because they are that good. Last time I took my bike there I explained that I was coming out from Astoria and they were gracious enough to take care of me right away so I could get back as quickly as possible. Reuben contacted me to inform me of the progress and other issues that surfaced during the scheduled work and as soon as the bike was ready. These guys are the best.I would highly recommend them.
