Went to Hamlin based on the good reviews. My riding experience: Toured Europe in the summer of 2015 for 4 months & 9500 miles. Toured the USA in 2014, 8500 miles. Started to attend track-day. Supplied Hamlin with two new forks & Brembo master cylinder for upgrades. Two new tires for mounting. Hamlin preformed a valve adjustment on my 2005 Kawasaki ZX10R. He supplied a cultch lever & install that I was happy with. The negative: 1)Wheel weights were silver, installed on a black rim. Really? 2)When I arrived home, I realized that the left side foot peg was hanging by a couple of threads. Extremely dangerous situation! 3)Found a 1 plus inch scratch on my front wheel, which most likely occurred during tire mounting. 4)A portion of the NY inspection sticker was clamped on the top portion of the forks. Why not just removed the remainder of the sticker before clamping down the forks? 5) kept on insisting that the ZX10R was too much bike for me. I didnt go there for advice on motorcycles. I did call Hamlin as soon as I arrived home informing him of the loose peg. He said he think he didnt touch that. I did instruct him to do a review of the bike for any issues (that statement was on the work order). Wont be going to Hamlin ever again!

Im new to motorcycling this year, so I wanted to get the bike I picked out looked over to make sure it was actually road worthy and didnt urgently need any work done. I brought it here based on the good reviews. Im glad I did. Very friendly people, quick responses to emailed questions, very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely feel way more comfortable having these guys nearby as I start out motorcycling.

Great shop! These guys help me keep my old bike on the road and running like a dream. Theyre quick, courteous, and thorough. They took my old Suzuki from "runs OK" back to "thrilling". Of course, ogling beautiful Italian bikes when visiting is pretty sweet, too! In case of a lottery win, Hamlin would likely be my very first shopping stop.

Jim and Andy gained my trust quickly to service my Ducati. Their experience with the brand and the bike is more than what I experienced at the dealer level. Hamlin Cycles is my go to for my Monster.
