Their phone number doesnt work. I get a message telling me that the person that Ive reached has a voicemail box that has not been setup yet. Im not driving all the way over there to find out that they dont have the item that I want in stock. Its happened before, where their website has certain items and brands, but their store doesnt stock it. They try to be helpful, and tell me that they can order it, but the reality is that I can also order it, and for cheaper as well. The reason I go to a store is to actually try on the items and get a feel for what Im ordering. I dont mind paying a little extra for that added benefit, but if that benefit isnt there, Im not wasting my time.

Spoke with Rocco about a Bluetooth set up for my helmet. I only had one exceptionally poor experience on Amazon. Based on my concerns, he immediately suggested this UCLEAR AMP device. I purchased it and took it to my car and quickly paired it to my iPhone 7+. It sounded promising. Took it home and set it up in my modular helmet. I cannot speak high enough about this product. It paired immediately to my phone again. Music and GPS nav worked flawlessly and it sounds amazing. Full spectrum sound... bass, mids and highs. All three!!! Thank you Rocco and the whole team at Cycle Gear. Youve won a new customer!

Cycle gear. Its difficult to find brick and mortar places these days that offer a large selection of things. Its just too bad this location is so far from my house. Ive found that cycle gear nearly always has the stuff Im looking for, to a point that Im surprised when they dont. Their customer service is very good, and have always taken care of me. I like cycle gear, and I will continue to go back for my bike needs.

In this internet age where price is the only thing that matters, its nice to walk into a brick and mortar store and speak to friendly and knowledgeable people. I was able to actually try on different sizes and saved my self the headache of f buying the wrong size and then having to deal with returns/refunds. Rocco in Hicksville did a great job and btw they will match internet prices. So whats to loose?

First time there and I fell in love with a worker name Irene. she was so helpful, walking back and forth nonstop looking for the what style of gear, pricing, and accessories that i wasnt sure of buying. She also helped with great style opinions. I live in queens but definitely coming back here. Thanks Irene from cycle gear, awesome customer service. went to browse but ended up spending hundreds!

The staff here are very friendly. They are not pushy at all and are willing and able to go great lengths to help you find what you need. If they dont have something in your size, you simply fill out a form for the size you need and they call you to try it on without even having to pay for it beforehand!

Picked up some A-stars gloves and Bilt boots and am happy with my purchase. Rocco helped us out - hes a nice dude with honest advice. Although the selection is a tad limited in my opinion, I was able to find waterproof armored gear thatll keep me dry and in one piece. Otherwise great shop and staff.

Usually good customer service, however they have been under staffed lately . Nice selection of clothing/helmets and universal parts. Phone line is still down as of 8/10/17. Its been over a month now. FIX THE YOUR PHONE!. Disappointing for such a large company with locations all over the USA.

3 guys holding up the counter when I was there. Customer Service?? Now wonder people are shopping online. Had to get ones attention to make my purchase. Then was treated like it was an interruption.Could be a good store, if they had some customer relations training
