Placed a pick up order early in the day which should have been ready for pick up that day. Especially since I needed it and was coming from 20 minutes away to pick it up. I never received mutt confirmation email but I knew they closed at 8pm so I decided to head down there to pick it up around 730pm. I get there, the sales associate process to tell me that I need to wait until the girl that works the counter comes back from lunch and then sheer cab pick the items. But wait isnt the counter closed at 8pm? She then says it probably wont be done until tomorrow. Huh? That completely contradicts the point of purchase and commute. Maybe I can speak with a manager so I can possibly pick the items up myself. Her name was Britney and she was no help at all only saying you should have waited for confirmation. Wait, what?! No Im sorry wet couldnt get to your order today, just wait for confirmation and walks away. Needless to say I cancelled order and cant wait for Amazon to open there center in north haven. Better order process and much better customer service.

I was calling about an Xbox One and the electronics dept didnt pickup. My call was routed to customer service who tried to page that dept six times until a woman picked up from electronics. I simply asked if she could check to see if they had a particular Xbox One bundle in stock. She said she would have to check and put me on hold, i literally waited over 18 minutes before hanging up because thats clearly what she wanted to happen. There is no way it could take even 10 minutes to go check on a price. I then called back to notify management that the person in electronics cant be bothered to help anyone and waited 15 more minutes to speak with an assistant manager. Its obvious nobody in the location cares to help customers in the least. They dont value customers and especially dont value our time.

Worse inventory control I have ever seen in my half century! These idiots take 5 weeks to fail @ restocking cat food? REALLY? 8 weeks without 4 or 5 packs of BIC lighters @ the registers. WHY WASTE TIME GOING 2 PLACES EVERY TIME WE SHOP? JUST GO ELSEWHERE TO START WITH AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM! Every OTHER Walmart has these items. 1 cashier said bic lighters get stolen so they dont put them out. Another says somebody new in the department mad a mistake.....for 8 weeks. Can they get their lies straight? I cant. Nor can I waste my time @ this JOKE!

As with many Walmarts, it is a hit and miss with customer service. Long lines, limited registers open.... and you end up with 1-2 items in each bag... so you come home with a dozen or more bags for just a handful of things. The store is cleaner and newer than some other Walmarts, they have a very large selection of groceries and merchandise. They have a large selection of meat. The deli service can be slow, understaffed, and it is hard to get any help in prepared foods or to order platters. But they are friendly.

Very unfriendly store. Met with manager Dave today 09/03/2015 - completely unprofessional person. No help whatsoever - guys with attitude. Customer service called him over to resolve some minor issue. Guy came out from his hidden spot with attitude like, "How dare you ask for me?" Ive asked him a simple question - got nothing. I dont understand why Walmart keeps managers like that... Good luck Wallmart - managers like Dave will put you out of business faster.

It has groceries and the other departments including auto, gardening, and sewing. The departments in this store are small, expecially the sewing, and most times it is hard to find someone to cut the fabric. Even in the grocery department, the shelves are not stocked always so it is a hit or miss if youll get your favorite brand. There are a few businesses inside at the front including an eye glass place and a Dunkin Donuts.

This Walmart has caused me so much issues. I requested they help me purchase something over the phone because I live far away and I cannot drive there and they would not accommodate me. One time I made the drive for the product which is a cell phone card, and the cashier swiped the card wrong and they would not reimburse me for my purchase, even thought I could not add the service plan to my phone since it was inactive.

For starters, this is the only business thats open 24/7 in give or take 20mile radius that I know of and is not a Gas Station. There is a Dennys in Waterbury but I rather eat fast-food then to go in there ever again...just to note I work long days so I usually only come to these places late at night. Getting back on topic... I give it 4 stars bc the variety isnt great...its more than anywhere else 2am.

Very clean and nice, very new all the coolers are enclosed unlike most of the other stores where the coolers are open. The staff is great and helpful, and very knowledgeable. Theyre also very friendly here. Also there usually isnt to long of a wait when checking out. I would definitely go back to go shopping without a doubt. One of the better Walmarts that I have been in.

The employees at this Walmart are all rude and most of them all have such a additude when you ask for help! I dont understand how people who work at Walmart want 15$ an hour BUT they act like its the end of the world to be nice to customers. We the customers are the reason you have a job in the first place. The NAUGATUCK Walmart really needs to evaluate its employees!!!

This Walmart is awful! They are always out of at least 2 things I need and there is never a staff member to find except chatting with another in an aisle somewhere while they pretend to stock shelves. There are always long lines at the registers because no matter what day of the month or week, there is only express and 3 big registers open. Awful Walmart. Just awful.

Called to see if they had a specific glue in the store. They had me on hold for over half a hour. I get it, it mustve been busy however during that time 5 different employees picked up to ask what I needed help with including a CSM. During that time couldnt someone just walked over to that department and checked real quick? I would give no stars if i could.

I like this Walmart the best. Its always neat and clean. I like the selection food items as other merchandise. Theres always someone around to help if you need them. And the self-checkout registers ... Bravo! I recommend this Wal-Mart to anyone that is looking for "the store that has it all"

My local Walmart. Easily 25% of time the the item I a looking for is out of stock. Expect no leaf bags in the fall or snow shovels in the winter. Many items are not priced or in wrong location. Have had many bad interactions with managers but usually the staff is pretty good.

Its ok in an emergency but I prefer buying from small businesses as much as I can. The lines can get ridiculously long with people with cart loads of food and stuff. I have reduced my shopping here for this reason and have found better deals in other stores in town.
