These people told me that my TV was broken and suggested that I throw it away. I went to pick it up and it was gone. I called Samsung to confirm the supposed 1.5 hour tech support call they said they made and Samsung had no record of it. I asked them for their records and they wouldnt show them to me. I finally went back into their store having documented everything related to my bizarre experience and demanded my TV back... And they gave it to me! Stay away from this business. They are a scam. Very scary what people will do to you if you let your guard down.
