To the Owners of Loudoun Motorsports & Power Equipment, Greg & Elyzabeth ("Liff") Voell. What are your plans for the people that purchased pre-paid maintenance plans? We purchased a new bike, as well as the pre-paid maintenance plan on 3/16/17. At that time, there was no mention of your stores plan to close. We paid $1,399 for that plan. We found out that your store was closed when we called to make an appointment for scheduled maintenance and the call went to Coleman PowerSports. We were advised by Coleman PowerSports that they are not honoring the pre-paid maintenance plans that were sold by your store. We were also advised by Coleman PowerSports that you stopped offering the pre-paid maintenance plans in January of 2017, since you were planning to close the store. We were never notified that your store was closing, although Coleman PowerSports indicated that letters were sent out to your customers. After reviewing your FB page, I see that there was a press release dated April 19, 2017 regarding the closing of your store. I’m pretty confident that you knew you were closing when we purchased the bike and the pre-paid plan, since the closing was announced a month later. We have left multiple messages at your home and have yet to receive a response from either of you. I must say for a store that was in business for 20 years, I am shocked that this is how you would treat your loyal and repeated customers. Please advise us on how you plan to handle this situation. We are expecting a full refund for the pre-paid maintenance plan in the amount of $1,399. Thank you in advance.

The sales and support staff here are extremely helpful. I visited several times over the stretch of several months, the early visits I made clear were just investigation visits, and my salesman Kirk was extremely helpful every time. Kirk helped me to find an amazing starter bike in spite of how picky I am. If I told Kirk there was something about a bike I didnt like, we didnt look at bikes that had that quirk anymore. He was persistent in helping me find one that fit all of my specifications and never deviated from them. I worked with Brad in the accessories shop to find the exact accessories I was looking for. He was very very knowledgeable and realistic about the equipement sold. He worked with me to make sure I found the perfect helmet for my budget as well as made sure I understood the fit and what long term use would result in on all of my gear. Jason in the financing department is also very personable and helpful. We discussed all the possible financing options, and he helped me pick the plan that was right for me. He was also very thorough in all of the additional services available such as warranties and support plans. The staff here is awesome. I can not recommend them enough.

I filled out the online application for finance just to take a shot at an approval and 15 minutes later I was on the phone with Kirk talking numbers and within 3 hours I was a proud owner of a brand new ZX6R. Jason went out of his way explaining the details and making sure that everything was clean and clear, he even went as far as helping me find a better rate on insurance. The bike was set and ready to go and I havent had an issue since. The best decision I made was to take his advice on purchasing the wheel and tire coverage. I recently got a nail in my BRAND NEW rear tire and called up LoMo to see what they could do. Before I knew it they sent out a truck to pick up the bike and by the next afternoon I was out riding on brand new rubber with no hassles. Every person Ive dealt with (sales, finance, service writer, the girl at the accessories counter and the tow driver) has been professional, friendly and accommodating. Without a doubt they are the best Bike Dealership in the DMV. I’m sold on their service and will remain a customer as long as we’re both around. These guys are awesome.

I recently purchased a pre owned Honda Fury from these guys. I actually wasnt planning on buying a new bike rather upgrading my old one. A few trips to the shop and a few conversations with Kirk and Jason later I learned that what I was trying to do to my old bike was create the look and feel the Fury had already. Probably wouldnt have realized this without with their excellent product knowlege and demonstration skills! I would have spent almost as much in upgrades as the Fury had already and the Fury is way nicer than my old bike. Im spontaneous for sure but not so spontaneous that I wasnt going to shop around first. I was online for a week and almost pulled the trigger on a fury half way across the country. Rather than doing that I spoke to Kirk a few time and we figured out some numbers that would work for both of us on the Fury they had in stock. I liked keeping my business local and they are happy to have me as a customer (hopefully). Kirk and Jason did well for me and so far every visit to their store has been a good one. Highly recommended place to do business with for sure.

I have been going to Loudoun Motorsports for nearly 12 years, back when they were in the little space next to the post office on Catoctin Circle and I was just a motorcycle passsenger looking for a helmet. They were always very helpful and very nice and patient with all my questions. I love the fact that they are a family owned, local business. I always choose to support local businesses in Loudoun as much as possible, (even if they sometimes may be a bit higher priced), as I also own a local business and I value the importance of community support. I just purchased my 4th motorcycle from them this year. Over the years, Kelly, Kirk, Jason, Mike and the staff have greeeted me by name and have always made me feel like more like a friend, not just a customer. Maybe sometimes they are more expensive, maybe they dont always have parts in stock, but I still wouldnt go anywhere else.

do not order from loudon motorsports online!! i placed an order from them on may 27th and the order was confirmed and my account was charged for the purchase. a few days later there still wasnt any communication on order being shipped. i logged in online and the order status stated cancelled. so i email them and ask whats going on with order? they replied call us. a few days llater i called and asked for status update. they said they dont accept online orders any longer. i said you accepted mine and charged my account. he said the lady that can help is out to lunch she will call when she returns. 2 hours later i called back and asked to speak to this lady melissa and they said she hasnt been there all day. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! still no refund still no communication still no product beware of this company do not order from them!!!!!

The service is adequate but they are often over-booked and it can take weeks or up to a month or more to have your bike serviced. I wanted to ride by May 1 so I went in late March to have service done. I ordered the part and they told me it would be the end of Apr before they could do the work. When they finally did work on it, they found something else wrong and told me they needed to order another part and it would be another week. Now I have no bike on this rare 85-degree May weekend, after bringing it in in MARCH for the original service! They otherwise do a good job, they just need to hire more staff in the service dept. I used to live in Maryland, and the shop up there never took more than 4 days to service my bike.
