Thursday March 16th while practicing for a upcoming race my son broke his rear brake rotor destroying the rear caliper and brake line. Friday mornining I was on phone calling every where looking for the parts. None where to be found in stock. I called Lance at Twin County motor sports and explained our situation and ask if there was anything he could think of to help us. Lance put me on hold a minute then came back and said he had me a brake system to use. He had called his son who had the same bike and he took his rear brake system off his personnel bike and let us use them. I shop a lot with Twin County but never expected this type of service . They went went way above service you would expect . Because of them my son made the first VXCS race of 2017 placing 1st in 250b class. I will recommend twin county and all there employees to anyone. Thank you again! Kevin Cribb

Best experience EVER! After spending days working with local Yamaha dealers on a new Jet boat, most didnt want to spend the time or return the phone calls. I decided wo widen my search to 500 miles away, and i am glad i did. I dealt with LJ who worked up the best deal out of everyone, and got the deal closed quickly and my boat delivered to my door early friday afternoon just in time for the weekend. Even the driver was great, he had all of my paperwork in order and everything was as it should be. This whole process was so smooth and stress free from start to finish. LJ even emailed me photos of the boat before i bought. i dont care where you are....shop with these guys you will not regret it!!!!!!!

I came in for 2 tires 2 sprockets and a chain. I rode out without one of the bolts in my front brake calipers. They forgot to put it back and the one bolt that was left to hold it on was loose. What would have happened if that caliper came loose and twisted and bound up on the brake disc at 70 miles per hour. Twin Countys service manager has called me now and apologized for the situation with my motorcycle and has offered a free basic service as compensation for this mistake. I believe they are sincere in wanting to make amends for this and retain my business

I picked up a brand new can am xmr 850 yesterday. My entire experience with Twin County Motorsports was fantastic from start to finish. Allan was my salesman and he worked with me on my trade in value and even helped me take some off the msrp. All the financial paperwork was easy and smooth. I did have to wait a few hours for the 4 wheeler, which was understandable because they were building it in the back while I waited. I enjoyed browsing around their showroom which has an extreamly wide variety of products. I would gladly to buisiness with them again.

Needed a fork seal for my Gsxr while I was at NCCAR racetrack. Called them at the track and asked if they had the seals and if they could swap it quickly, so I could salvage my trackday. Called them again as I was driving to make sure they had everything ready for when I got there. I got there and they told me they didnt have any fork seals for my bike. I could have easily gone to another shop and not wasted 2 hours of my track day. Very unhappy. Showroom looks nice though.

I negotiated over the phone for a bike listed on their site since Im a little over an hour away. After arriving to pick up the bike, we discovered a miscommunication on what bike I was picking up and what they had in stock. The sales staff I worked with quickly made it right by getting the correct bike from a distributor and delivering it to my door in less than a week. Definitely appreciate them going above and beyond to make it right.

Walked in to "try" to buy our family a couple of 4 wheelers. Walked around the show room for about 10 minutes and never had anyone ask me if I needed any help or wanted to talk to a sales person. Employees seemed to be having personal conversations. I guess they did not need my business. I had heard this from other people but really did not want to go out of town to spend my money.

Their new stuff is right on par with other places, parts department is their only up side they will help you out and really know what they are talking about. Their used equipment is unbelievably over priced, thousands above anywhere else I have been even for the same item in the same condition you would think they had stuffed diamonds in the gas tanks or something.

Beware: On top of pitiful service, the "Out the door" price over the phone and the price told at finalization are very different. There was a $2000 variance in the original advertised price and the financed price not mentioned to me on numerous conversations until financing was done. Found the machine somewhere else for $3,000 less and with half the interest rate.

Clint and the guys in the Service Dept delivered prompt and excellent work on my LTR-450! They gave phone call updates as work progressed and kept me in the loop. Work was complete in less than a week and I expected much longer. Top notch customer service!

I got a price quote from Lance and it was the best price quote around. I am looking at buying another ATV in the next six months to one year and I will not need to look around because I will be coming back to see you.

Was not professional. Tre had nasty language and there was tension between coworkers. Very awkward.
