We have purchased three bikes from Cyclemax. Our current bike we purchased brand new and about 8 months in the battery went dead. They replaced at no charge to us. But then the batteries continued to go bad one right after the other. We were told to bring the bike in and they would look at it .Initially they believed it to be a bad rectifier, so they replaced it at a quote of $360. We were ready to pick the bike up but they wanted to test and make sure. So three weeks later after exhaustive diagnosis we pick the bike up in perfect working condition and paid nothing. The team at Cyclemax went above and beyond, they wanted to make 100% sure we had a bike we could ride without any problems. During their diagnosis and testing after the new rectifier was on they found the bike had the same issues. They then took the part off and did many tests. Come to find out it was an add on part they had installed for us. Took the part off and bike is as good as new!!! They could have put the new part on and collected our $ and we would never have been the wiser, but they did EXTRA to make sure we did not pay for something unneeded.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. A week and a half after my purchase I was called and told I needed to go sign more papers asap. I also know another person that was called to go back and sign papers after their purchase. If the people dont know how to do their job then they need to hire people that can do the job. My friend also had extras added to his for free and a full tank of gas. When I unloaded my ATV I noticed I had just enough gas to unload it off the trailer. I was told when I asked about the gas that if I take it back theyll fill it up but after driving back and forth for a tank of gas and signing papers that should have been done at the time of purchase its not worth my time or money. In my opinion all customers should be treated equally. Wouldnt be so bad if i wasnt wasting a hour driving back and forth each time. For a better buying experience and better friendlier customer service do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Sure wish I could take mine back and buy from someone else.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Took me several days of playing phone tag just to get a simple task done. Super helpful up until after you purchase from them, then you cant get a hold of them, they tell you they will do something & DONT, they have a team of associates who dont communicate so you have to explain your problem or question over & over & over again to every different person you may talk to. Just down right TERRIBLE!!!!! I am deployed and am working with short windows of time to contact these people during working hours, with the time difference & every time I call & waste time on hold, I NEVER end up with a solid answer & am told to call back later or the next day, accomplishing NOTHING from these calls. NO SENSE OF URGENCY AT ALL!!!!!!! I assure you after these past few interactions with this store, I will NOT be doing business with CycleMax in Wilson again!!!

I have to post because I am still overwhelmed with the service we received yesterday. After driving 2 hours to purchase this specific bike we were blown away with the amazing atmosphere at this store. We were instantly greeted and they took care of us faster then we have ever before and we buy new vehicles every other year! If anyone needs a bike or off road vehicle I would highly recommend driving any distance to do business with Cyclemax! 10 stars in my book if we lived closer we would do all services here. Our next bike purchase will for sure be made here! Thank you again for allowing our children to have fun during this process and making our newest dream come true. PS our amazing sales guy was Kenny Sherley! With the help of Tyson and all of the finance department as his wingmen lol! Thanks again!

Ive never bought a bike at Cyclemax but the salesmen arent hounding you as soon as you get in the door like most dealerships so thats nice. And if you do have a question about a bike they are all friendly. My father bought his bike there and got a GREAT deal and awesome service. He seems really pumped on his new suzuki. Service staff is awesome. Randy House is not only personable but very knowledgeable. The parts staff is great and will hunt down the perfect part for you. I have a 1982 CM450E and parts are VERY hard to come by but Todd nor Reggie ever let me down. Prices are competitive too for a brick and mortar shop. Ive been going to Cyclemax for years. I live in Greenville and refuse to go anywhere else.

They are terrible at handling problems and sale vehicles that they do not have a title to. My husband bought a moped from them over a year ago. Still have not received a title. Every time he calls or we go in there they give him the excuse that they cannot reach the privious owner. Now the most recent excuse is that they sold it as a moped instead of a motorcycle. We highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere, sure wish we had.

I have done business with Cyclemax for 15+ years. The staff is consistently extremely helpful, patient, and always looks to please the customer rather than push a specific product. Everyone I have ever referred has always had the same experience. I hope that I have the opportunity to do business with them for many years to come!

Service department is probably the best in the area but the sales team sucks. The sales guys dont care if they move units or not. Rather stand outside on facebook and vape. Very uniformed on what options come on certain bikes and what doesnt. Very unknowledgeable. Go elsewhere to buy your bike or side by side.
