First off, I am no stranger to PC Richards. Through out the many years of living in the tri-state area, PC Richards is definitely the place to go for all my home electronic needs. The countless sales and out-standing help from their salesmen is by far better than all the other guys. Not pointing any fingers (Best Buy). This particular store, my oh my did they go above and beyond. I have been shopping around for a new smart TV in different big name stores. Of course this is only to see where I can get the best deal. Once again PC Richards came out on top. I went to this Woodbridge store during a trip to visit family and thought, "you know what, why not", so I pulled into the lot and decided to check it out. I was greeted at the door with a smile and began to browse the stores TV sections. I was approached by a salesman after a few minutes of looking at their display of TVs and was asked if I needed help in a particular item. The salesman was definitely top notch when it comes to customer services and providing the best deal. After answering all trillion and one questions, the salesman made me feel confident with what I was about to purchase. The optional services provided made me feel even more secure, especially at those low rates! Needless to say, what was a normal family trip turned into the 4 of us in a car with a new 72 inch smart TV. AND THEY HAVE A NEW MATTRESS SECTION! This surprised me the most, I have been to many of their stores and have yet to come across this. Me and my husband were speaking about getting new mattresses for the home, we will DEFFINITELY be back here. I live in NYC and will definitely be coming back to this particular store for the outstanding service and those new mattresses we are interested in purchasing.

This Woodbridge pc Richard has very bed employees & manager. I am with pc Richard with last 5 year , I bought LG refrigerator & Tv , & now I want buy washer & Dryer so I went to shop around for Best Buy & some other store . Then I went to pic Richard in Woodbridge . So I told them I am getting in this price form different store , so they have that manger , he told me no , I dont know name but he was black guy. So I went east Brunswick pc Richard , I got better deal then even I was asking for it. East Brunswick pc Richard have real good staff . But now problem is I call Woodbridge pc Richard . & I told them I got better deal then you guys offered me. So that sales person his name Richard, he told me , I insult him because I buy from different pc Richard, & Richard told me do not call me again. So my point is , I give this guy almost $3500.00 business . & he is tell me do not call him again. Thank Richard & your manager , thank you again , you no give that deal . So I went pc Richard east Brunswick & got better deal . Please whoever read this review go to east Brunswick , they have real nice staff to help & give good deal . Ask for Samin . He is real good guy. Do Not Go To Woodbridge pc Richard. Thank you

No regreso a esta tienda. Vendedor grosero y mentiroso un tal Marc, hice la compra porque la necesitaba urgente y por nada mas, le pregunte si tenia la aplicacion de youtube y no la tenía, menos mal que tengo un aparato de Blu ray y lo vincule a mi celular , el Samsung 45"lo anuncian por $245 y salí pagando $ 350 además que el tal Marc mintió acerca de la garantía y las aplicaciones. Que lastima que una compañía de tanto tiempo la manchen vendedorsuchos" como el tal Marc". Sale mejor comprar en Costco o Bjs te dan todo claro y no preguntan nada por devoluciones.

So far our experience with PC Richards has been a pleasant one, sales reps are helpful and happy to answer questions and are patient while we decide which items we want to purchase. Last year we purchased 60" tv Samsung at PC route 22 NJ - its still working great!! rep that helped us was able to match price from another seller! Most recently we purchased another tv Samsung and a Sealy Posturpedic Hybrid @ PC on 1&9 - Alexis in sales was on point when answering questions and helped with both mattress and tv purchase. We had a bit of a hiccup with mattress delivery, box spring wouldnt go up steps to our bedroom in new home but I called store and manager Hertel helped me right away! He got the new split box spring I needed set up for delivery on next available run. Hope the driver makes it to deliver as scheduled (: Over all the expirience with PC Richards & Sons has been a great one! Thank you!!

My wife and I had purchased an LG refrigerator about 5 years ago. We recently bought a new house and just had a new born. But the big issue was our LG refrigerator went out on us! Of course we bought the 10 year insurance plan the Sales rep recommend. I have to say... Thank God we did!! Not only did we get every single Dollar we paid 5 years ago we was able to get a way better model and delivered to the new house!! Didnt have to come out of pocket! Of course we bought another 10 years because it saved us $. The manager Raymond Santiago and the staff was fantastic and saved us! Well definitely keep shopping here! Even though we live in Brooklyn! You guys rock!

I bough 3 appliance and 2 of them had problem one was the refrigerator they send my used one; so I had to wait 3 more days and the next week is the dryer is not working so I have to wait 4 days and still no answer of when they will send it. And until now not even one person had said Im sorry for the trouble or inconvenience or something ! They just get more offended because Im trying to get my new stuff I had payed for. Until this day Im still waiting for my nEw dryer that I pay for and waiting for a call back. They need to be train on how to talk to customers when situations like this come. Never again this particular store

Once again Jonny impresses! And no he is not a family member or a friend so this is not a made up review. If you want to deal with an honest sales guy...go to the Woodbridge PC Richards and ask for Jonny. This time Jonny actually was doing right by me and recommended a less expensive model grill saying it would suit my needs just fine as I kept looking at a larger and more expensive model. He would have made more, but knew it wasnt the right fit. He doesnt know it, but part of the reason I went with the more expensive model was so hed get more commission. Great experience, will be back!!

Great store and great employees! My Wife and I came into the store on Black Friday to purchase a new stove for my current home and a stove for one of my tenants. The store looked very busy but Tom F greeted and helped us with our purchases. He was very attentive and patient while we made our decisions, answering every question we had. We walked out with not only 2 stoves but a new TV as well. Everything with our experience in the store and delivery to both locations (one in NJ and one in NY) went perfect! This is our go-to store for everything we need. Thank you Tom for everything!
