Worst service ever. I got Navigation & remote car start system installed by this companyin my Toyota Sequoia by this company. When I approached, James was helpful in giviing all the information. They took my car to their shop to install Navigation system, HD lights and few other small things. Once they broght car back, on a second day, it stopped working. I made a call and they came to fix it after 5 days at my place. Then audio stopped working, i had to call them several time - atleast 6-7 times, but no response. I had to use different no so that they pick up my phone. They didnt give me appointment to fix the sudio for 7 days. They fixed it after many attemps of my follow ups with them. Now for last one month i am having the same issue as earlier that my audio is not working, I left them several messages on phone, via text and via email - but no response at all. Today someone in the office picked up phone and he said, he joined only three days ago. I asked him to have my call return - no one called me back yet. I paid altogether about $1800 and they insist to get it in cash only. I am also in the service industry and have never written bad reviews for anyone as i come from the same service industry and giving them ample time to fix things which are not working. They have forced me to write this review. I hope they wake up and get their ass back to work. Highly not recommended. Stay away.

These guys are GREAT! Ordered a radio and speakers for my vehicle. I called and they gave me a fair price, especially since they were going to come to my house to do the work since I couldnt bring my car in since I work 6 days a week. They came on a Sunday (I paid an additional surcharge for Sunday, WELL WORTH IT) The technician came, he was clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. I asked him some questions (that I already knew the answers to, just to check him out) and he nailed everyone including teaching me a thing or two. I paid with my credit card which they accept through square, so it is NOT only a cash business. Never had any issues, in fact I referred them to my father in law, he raved about them to me. Especially after he received their thank you card a couple weeks after the installation with a 20% off coupon located inside. These guys are good guys and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

You can tell someone BELONGS in their field of work when you can still sense their passion for their trade even in their daily routines. James, the guy who worked on my car, was very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. The company answered my calls right away or returned my call shortly there after. Scheduling my appointment was easy and they were flexible to make it most convenient for me. They have the utmost respect for the work they do and did an amazing job with my vehicle. Very friendly, goes above and beyond the job, for example they cleaned the interior floor mats, FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!

Couldnt get them to come to my home or pick up my car (or me), so I brought the car to them at a nondescript location in North Brunswick. So I rate 3 stars on the business practices. James was professional and friendly. 5 big stars on the work, The windshield was spotless where it met the dash - a tough spot to clean and a good indicator of high quality work. I am particular - the car was fairly clean before they detailed it, but I am impressed by both the interior and exterior detailing - spotless. I will use them again as the car feels new.

Excellent Service! Came to my home, detailed both my cars, they look FANTASTIC! I have them come once a month for what they call a "Super Wash" its $30/month and they come and do a mini detail to my car. Def. Recommend!
