If it was possible to post a negative rating I would. I bought a refrigerator and a Weber grill from this place and while the sales process and in store experience was fine, the delivery of the items was a complete disaster. My delivery was scheduled for morning, so I took a half day from work to be home when the items arrived. 11am passed, 12pm passed, 1pm passed, 2pm passed... At 245pm I get a call and was told the truck just broke down and I get a call from the store telling me the truck just broke down and my delivery would be late... Really??? How does a truck breaking down at 2pm affect my MORNING delivery??? I am then told that it would definitely be delivered by 430pm. 430pm passes, 530pm passes, 630pm passes. Nothing. 730pm comes, and the truck finally arrives. My Samsung fridge and grill are delivered. Now it gets even worse. After going into the garage, where the delivery guys sneaked my grill in right before they left a few days later, I realize that the front of my grill was dented. Are you kidding me!!!! So not only were they late by 8 hours causing me to miss a day of work entirely, but they damaged an $850 grill. I will never buy anything again from PC Richard.

After living with a semi-functional stove for several years, it was time to make the purchase. Because of the kitchen design, a gas slide in stove had to be fitted into the cabinet on the diagonal. I decided on the model and went searching. A major home improvement store would sell me the stove, but would not do the installation. My search led me to PC Richards, Union. N.J. John C. warmly greeted me and we completed the purchase pending a delivery date. After more thought, I realized that my 89 year old mother would not like the design of the stove I selected. A call to John assured me that I could change the order. The initial delivery date had to change. A subsequent date was arranged on short notice with several confirming calls. The installation was flawless. I do not know what took me so long... but I am delighted with my PC Richard & Son purchase and the professional, courteous and accommodating sales staff.

Employees seem unhappy to be at work. Walked in in 4th of July weekend interested in buying a stove, refrigerator, Over the range Microwave and Dishwasher for my new house. I walked the store for 15 minutes not a single person greeted, smiled or asked if I needed anything. The white guy upstairs on the second floor in the pink shirt looked right at me and proceeded to turn back to his PC. I walked back downstairs and looked dead at this overweight Middle Eastern perhaps Latino male employee in a lavender shirt who appeared to be aggravated that he has to work today. He proceeded to beat me outside so he can puff I his cig. Might I add there were only about 5 customers in the entire store. I was the only potential customer upstairs in appliances. I realize working holiday weekends blow, however this adds to my desire to order stuff online. At least my expectations for service is already low. On to Best Buy...

Our experience with PC Richard and Sons has always been a great one. We have been doing business with PC RICHARDS for many years. This is due partly to the great quality and durability of their appliances , as well as their excellent customer service. Everyone is pleasant, especially, Rensford Green, one of their finest managers. He potrays excellent customer service skills . He is very knowledgeable, efficient , dependable , committed, understanding , diligent, patient and helpful. He was willing to answer any questions and concerns we had truthfully. Due to his knowledgeable assistance, we were able to make the right decision on the household appliances we purchased. He went above and beyond in making sure that we were satisfied. He even contacted us to make sure that the appliances were delivered promptly. Mr Green is definitely an asset to your company. We are happy with our purchase.

Went to Best Buy on Rt22 first maybe they should pay their people more and spend less money on displays, they have great presentation but no one who can help and when did find someone it seemed like he couldnt be bothered. From there I went to Walmart a lot of TVs some I never heard of and no one to explain the differences between products, what a mess. After I stopped in PC Richard & Son. I was instantly greeted at the door and taken to the tv department the salesman explained the advantages of 4K TVs and why I should look at premium TVs and how they perform better he also showed me how to maximize my experience by adding a sound bar to my TV. He told me my price was guaranteed for 30days and gave me a great package deal with on the TV, Sound bar, all the cables, wall mount and a Monster surge. I will be back to get a new mattress in a month I suggest you check them out for all your major home product needs!!!

Unfortunately, I recently became a widow to a fridge that Ive had for quite some time, and shopping for a replacement has been a nightmare. After stopping in every store known to mankind, I was directed to PC Richard and Son in Union by a dear friend, specifically to see Joshua. What a delight!!! To be perfectly honest, Im in the store writing this as I speak, because I just couldnt contain myself and the pleasure it was to work with him. And the funny thing is, I didnt even buy the new fridge today (must double/triple check specs...etc..). As i walk to my car, Im sure ill regret not being able to go grocery shopping to feed my new fridge, but tomorrow is another day. A big thank you to Josh, and Robert (the store manager), for all of you help. Nothing can replace the knowledge I received today, nor the smile on my face. Keep up the great work guys! If you are in the market for a new TV... You must go see Sameer at PC Richards in Union, NJ. I have been looking for a great tv for serval months, searched online and went to every store near me. Thank goodness I decided to stop by PC Richards. Sameer is not only the TV specialist but the sweetest and most patient sales person I have ever met. I had a million questions for him and he answered every single one with a smile on his face. He walked me through the process and helped me make the best choice for me that will last me for years to come and to top it off, he came and delivered my new TV to my house. I encourage anyone to deal with knowledgeable people when making big purchases like this and Sameer exceeded my expectations!!! All the employees where great!! I look forward to going back and purchasing from them again!! -Very satisfied customer :)

What a horrible experience I had going here I purchased a washer and dryer from here the delivery was horrible not only that they refused to hook up my washer and dryer. I called and spoke to the salesman Joshua and he told me you gotta find someone to hook it up!! Why in the world would I have to find someone to hook up a washer and dryer I brought from you thats nonsense. So I stated since you guys wont hook it up Ill return it and the salesman Joshua said we dont do returns or exchanges seems like because he got his commission thats the end of it he wasnt looking forward to assisting me anymore.. when I say I will never ever buy anything from Pc Richards I will NEVER this place has bad customer service and as soon as the salesman get their commissions they no longer care about what needs to be done and thats bad for business
