Absolute worst Gamestop in the world. Went in this morning to cancel my pre order of Infinite Warfare. "Manager" refused to give me my refund. So i said whatever ill just take the game. he tells me I cant return the game and unwraps one of the new copies so if I tried to return it to another gamestop, it would be considered Pre-Owned. I snapped and told him to give me a new copy fully sealed and wrapped and he refused. WORST GAMESTOP IN THE WORLD. They dont deserve your business, do not go there.

Worst game stop I have ever been too. No one offers you help or greets you. I wanted to exchange mario party 9 for 8 and she opens up 8 when I wasnt looking and said I had no disk. Drove all the way home to relieve this stupid girl looked at the one I wanted to purchase not return. I rather drive farther to another gamestop than go to this one again.

This is a horrible shop and franchise as a whole I spent 300$ dollars for game and when I want to return I dont even get enough for the dollar menu in Mcdonalds!! Please dont buy here the workers are trashy and they serve no help Walmart I guess will be better but please avoid GameStop unless you like mountain and Doritos all day

An absolute please to shop here. Staff is very friendly and knowlageable, they always greet as you walk in door . No issues weather im in to return somthing or just want to browse and not buy . They never complain and are always happy to assist .
