Ive only had a few interactions with the print department and had no problem (although the more recent ones were not very complex). I have otherwise been an avid customer for almost 20 years and have been very satisfied. Their personnel have been very helpful in assisting me in the choosing the best products for my business, as well as for my children when they were school-aged. I recall when I first moved to Freehold 20 years ago, the kind salesman used a demo computer to print out a paper my son needed for school the next morning while helping me decide what computer to buy for our family --- 5 minutes before closing! In my experience, Staples has the selection expected of a huge company, but operates like a small business when it comes to customer service on the selling floor. I also have asked the managers over the years to address my individual concerns and they were able to do so. It seems that the corporate office authorizes the store management to make decisions, which benefit the customer. I am very satisfied and will continue to be a loyal customer for my business and personal use.

Called to ask if I sent in a banner at noon if it would be ready by 5 so I can ship it overnight by 5:30pm. Copy and Print center employee stated, yes! I called back in after creating project, waited 26 minutes on hold for copy and print center to pick up, I believe employee named Jennifer picked up the phone again, cant have it done until 8ish. Really? I just spoke to you at 11am and you said it was no problem and for me to call back after I submitted banner. Well this is a first come first serve business. Then why did you tell me yes 1 hour ago?? Ill try but Im not sure what time itll be ready. Do you still want it? Um NO!!!!

Not quite sure how this place is in business as a print and copy center. I printed several 4x6s, 8x10s and 2 11x14s. The paper was of poor quality, color reproduction was quite off (my monitors are color calibrated) and nothing was cut to size, just provided on sheets. The 11x14s were printed of 11x17 paper, but didnt go to the edge so I had a 10.5x13.5 print which is non-standard. When I asked them to cut the photos to size, they pointed me to a cutter which when used shredded the photo instead of a smooth cut. I shall never return for prints and will continue to use Sams Club which is FAR superior.

The copy center at this rt. 9 Freehold location - has the nastiest employees on the planet!The heavy woman and the woman with too much yellow face makeup and a widows peak hair do that were on duty March 14 2014 should be terminated for hateful attitudes toward customers - hateful is the only discription . These nasty women should be employed cleaning latrines far away from the public. I will patronize the Englishtown branch from now on. Managers - clean out these defective employees!

I totally agree with the person above. I buy a lot at Staples in Freehold, but after my experiences with the copy and print department I wont go back. I rather drive 10 extra minutes to the one in Englishtown. They are rude, and dont care about customer service. I am very unhappy with my experience there and will not be going back. Not only are they rude but their prices are so much more than in store and will not match the price.

This staples is horrible. I was told at staples that I was purchasing the correct printing toner so I went home put it in my printer and trashed packaging. It was the wrong toner and the manager would not let me return it with out packaging. I had the receipt that I purchased the day before. I will not return and I will tell friends and family not to shop here either. Very disappointed

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go here. But it is local so I decided to give them a chance. Im glad I did. Kiana greeted me instantly and with a smile. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. It just goes to show most of the time the people that write bad reviews are probably bad customers. Thank you Kiana, I hope to see you when I pick up my prints.

I came in to fax 9 pages and print an email out, the big woman left and went home after telling me Ill be right with you, I spent thirty five minutes in that hell hole! And there was one copy machine working!!!!! Ill definitely never never go to a staples again, Ill stick with Fed ex
