First of all I would like to thank Balaji Electronics for their courteousness and excellent service. Today I took my wet grinder for service as it got stuck and it was not rotating. Upon opening the grinder they found that the batter has leaked inside the grinder and stuck with the bearing and also switch. They did not complain instead changed the bearing and did restore my grinder to original state like new for free of charge. And also explained me about the possible overloading that I am doing and also how to avoid water spilling on the grinder. Thank you for the great service and ethical way of handling your customers. I greatly appreciate your service and I will strongly recommend Balaji Wet Grinder for its performance and great service that is available in NJ its self. I give 5 star rating.

Went in when there were no customers. Great service! The shopkeeper explained well about the wet grinders they sell. Just bought the store brand grinder and used it already to make Dosa batter. Totally worth it! Ive been using the 3 stack-blade Ninja, which wouldnt go beyond a certain level of fineness, and this grinder does a super fine batter in ~20 mins, for 1/100th the noise made by the American blenders/mixers! Will update this review if I see any issues. The 2 yr warranty given by the store is certainly great for peace of mind. Also, the store uses Square for card payments, which is great, because the Square receipt in my inbox means no need to keep a paper copy for warranty purposes.

please dont buy the mixie from this shop. i have got the mixi from this shop for 2 year of warranty, the small mixie jar broke within a week and then the plastic of the mixie started to get crack when i was grinding, after 11 months the motor of the mixie is gone. so totally the mixie is a scrap. when i asked about this to the shop keeper he said you have not used the mixie properly il void the warranty, you should pay me to repair this mixie. so people in this shop totally bluff. so he didnt helped us to solve this problem. so i kindly recommend people to not to buy any mixie from here, if you do that it is totally waste of time and money. thanks

We went to repairs out existing Balaji mixer grinder that we have been using for last 3 years and we received extremely great service. The service person Birju explained us the issue, helped us check the warranty, as all service performed within the warranty period is free and also help us get the mixer grinder fixed immediately. I would really recommend everyone to buy Balaji products, as they can be easily be serviced and fixed here in NJ. For all other brand products may come with warranty but there is no way to claim or utilize their warranty when needed. Again great people, great products and great service.

I purchased my Balaji ultima grinder from them in January 2015. I had no issues at all with it. My mom during her visit here told me that it may need a look as she found it a little noisy and time consuming. So we took almost close to the verge of 2 years of using it to the shop. They took it with a smile and assured that there should be no problem and it was still under its 2 years warranty period. I had it serviced within a day at no cost and its working great now! The problem was a loose belt which was tightened during the service. I will recommend Balaji electronics & their product ultima grinder.

I would like to say that the review given below is utter rubbish I had a mixie repair for my Preethi eco plus and this shop had helped me revive my 7yr old mixie from india. After a year when the mixie gave up, they helped me purchase one of their Balaji Mixie and their brand mixie has had a supportive warranty. If i ever have trouble with anything with my balaji mixie i am helped out completely and even at no cost. The shop is very kind and helpful. Definitely doing business with them again

I bought a new sumeet mixer from India, from Sunpoint, Ahmedabad. It caters to the need of NRIs for mixers to be used in the USA. It wont work here. I had no clue what to do! Some of my suggestef Balaji gifts name for repairs. And I would call it an excellent decision. Repair within no time, at a very reasonable rate! They also have a huge variety of USA made mixer/ grinders. I would have considered it to be a wiser decision to buy one such mixer from them rather than bringing one from India

Excellent customer service...we had balaji smart wet grinder which was gifted by our friend..It suddenly stopped working..so we took the waranty card and went to the shop..as it was gifted we dont have the receipt with us.but Athul sir was very kind and friendly..he repaired our equipment excellently with in an hour for free of cost(based on trust) and gave many instructions how to handle the grinder since we are new user..special thanks to Athul sir for his wonderful service

We bought Balaji USA super plus mixie 650 2 years back. We mainly bought it for the warranty and they have stuck to their word. We once had a problem with the rubber washer in the small jar and they replaced it immediately free of cost. Ive never had any problems with the device as is and we use it extensively for both cooking and making batter. Highly recommend the product and their service, will surely go back to them if ee need other kitchen electronics like grinder etc.

They have good collection of gadgets. They are honest and give only the right opinion or suggestion. Very rare to find a repair place but Balaji does that too. Balaji USA is their brand and so they market it but its good in the real sense.They also give a 2 years warranty on their Balaji USA products. They are in the market for many years now and are doing a very good job.Very polite people in the store. Have purchased many things with them. Good luck to you.

Really very good store. Excellent customer service. I bought a mixer, when there was a problem after 6 months they repaired it for free and again after couple of months I faced the problem - may be of overload usage - they replaced with the new mixer with no charge.. Really excellent customer service Today also I visited the store as one of the lid was broken .. They gave a new lid.. I would definetly recommend everyone to buy @ BALAJI..

I strongly recommend this shop. I bought a Wet grinder last year in 2015 suddenly it stopped working. I went and gave them for repair within two days they fixed the issue and returned grinder back with zero service cost. It is important to get such an after sale service like this. Keep it up !!!!! 9-May-2017 Again my grinder had a small issue in 2017. Repair done with free of cost. After sales service is amazing!!!!!! I strongly recommend.

Loved this shop and more importantly they have a great customer service. Went in to get my old Preethi mixer fixed. They fixed it while i went to eat ice cream at Kwality opp the shop...so fast. They charged me a very reasonable price and saved me the trouble and expense of getting a new mixer. The shop has reasonably priced appliances and utensils..Highly recommend this shop and now this will be my go to shop for any of my future needs.
