if you go to this store for anything they will not give you anything if it is covered under warranty... 1) I went to store today since i had a problem with my phone....there came a rep Aaron..firstly this guy didnt even check if my phone is under warranty or not....In the phone charging area a small pin has stuck inside the phone...so he went inside and came back and say this is not covered under the warranty....and want me to pay 200 to replace the phone..... 2) I am writing the review since it is not my first time two weeks back i went to the store asking replacement for my iphone cable that time it was Jeff....he said we dont cover physically damages.....then i went to another store there he just saw that my phone is under warranty and replaced the cable.... 3) it was over a year when i had iphone 4s the home button was not working and my phone was out of warranty....so again they just say have to pay 200 to replace the phone...actally when i went to the other apple store insted of asking me to pay they gave me a solution to use the accesiblity button...... ---overall i want to say that these people are less in knowledge of want they do...they really dont know what is covered under warranty and what not.....the guys @ the mello park apple store just want to charge u r credit card.....be careful....... After a Hard struggle.... of 44hrs I was able to replace my phone for free @ bridgewater apple store. I will keep going here until they learn how to treat customers.... Suggestion to my friends when your not treated well by customer care rep do not stop going there keep going until they know there mistake. I know this store rep need litle bit more treate ment...I also see they delete there yelp reviews.....which r bad

I did not usually post review in the past. But this time the service from Apple Store Menlo Park made me feel so sweet and i think i have to tell the story. I am a huge apple fan and has bunch of apple devices. Here is my story, I have a macbook air and it worked 5 years no problem at all. So I bought a 2015 high end Macbook Pro 15 in September 2015. It was such a nightmare to me. It has brought me so much headache: light leaking, freeze and hang, display distortion. Until now it had three major repairs from January 2016. I guess there are some connection problem other than the logic board and I think i was just very unlucky to get a device that didnt pass the quality control. Last Saturday when the display distortion came again i immediately went to the Apple Menlo Park to drop off my mac. But this morning, i got message from the store saying the all the tests went through and no problem was found and i was very worried since i had lots of issues when using at home. So I went to the store and asked to talk to the technical supervisor there (Brian? I am not sure if this is correctly spelled), told him all my experience. After I showed him the the photo i took when the problem came last Saturday, he immediately told me that is absolutely an hardware issue and considering my past issues with the device he decided to replace me a new one. I was very surprised he didnt say even one more word and replaced me the device. This is how Apple treat their customers i guess, and i am very very very pleased with their customer service. And special thanks for Brian in Apple Store Menlo Park Mall!!!

First day, after check in to the store at 1:30 pm, I was told to wait for a text message to return to the store. The text message came after 3 hours, telling me that I was now in line and will be called anytime soon (with another text message). That text never came. Finally after waiting for another hour, I went to the store and was ushered to wait at a table where they said that a tech will come to assist me. After waiting for another 45 minutes (and repeatedly told to wait when I asked), nothing happen, and I just left the store. Second day, thinking that they were busy the other day, I came earlier (10:30 am), and again had to wait for another 3 hours for their text message, before I can finally meet a technician who tried to fix my "frozen" ipad. First he told me to update the software (which I did at home, but the ipad still "freezes"). Second, he told me to reset the ipad to its factory setting (which I can do it at home, but thought that I need to save the pictures and perhaps the store can save my data first before resetting, etc.). We then reset the ipad to its factory setting but the ipad still freezes. Finally, the tech simply told me the obvious: since my ipad is already 3 years old, why not just buy a new one. A very "professional" and "helpful" advice indeed (that will surely benefit the company and NOT its costumer). Lesson learned. NEVER to waste another time in this store.....

Just bought an iPhone from Verizon. Problems started arising about 2 weeks into it. Verizon couldnt do anything (too late to give back as I was on day 16 and they just changed the exchange policy to 14 days) and told me to go to the Apple store. Made an appointment for this store for last night at 8pm. Was a few minutes late (because I live at least 20 mins away, and traffic sucks) and they wouldnt honor my appointment. The KID took my phone, literally scrolled through my apps, and said theres nothing we can do. "I can reschedule you for tomorrow," he said. I asked if I could wait until someone was free and could help me out, and he refused. I took my phone and walked out, like I have nothing better to do on a Friday night than sit at an incompetent Apple store. Genius Bar? More like Penis Bar, theyre all a bunch of d!cks over there. Quit ego trippin and help out your customers who pay good money to own your sh!tty products. To anyone considering getting and iPhone, reconsider and think about getting a Droid phone.

I got there at 11 they gave me an appointment for 4pm I said fine after I received a text that they were ready to see me I went back and they told me to wait .... They had me there for 2 hours waiting its Sunday they close at 6 after they finally see me they tell me that they cant help me after I show them my problem to leave the phone there for a week for thats not acceptable.... I asked to talk to the manager and when he came over all he did was tell me he is a manager and I need to come back later in my point of view he is supposed to manage the appointments and help every customer if not dont schedule the appointment I also asked if the store had another manager he told me yes and when I asked to talk to him he said your going to need to hang out because he is out for lunch which I was sure he was lying since the store was already closing but I stayed for another half hour to see if he would come out and help me with my concern never did thanks to this management i will never buy apple again.
