Worst customer experience you will ever go through will happen here. This apple store by far has the rudest, cunning and demeaning employees you will ever encounter. All the employees here have real behavioral issues and dont actually have any communication skills what so ever. They all behave as a cult and dont even listen to what you have to say and will give the the rudest replies and the worst attitude that you will encounter in any setting. The manner of behavior is something that cannot even be explained it just has to be experienced. Went to the store for a premature battery failure that failed at less than 50% charge cycles and employees there pretty much told me that I have to deal with it. Called Apples customer service number and they authorized the repair and told me to go back to the apple store i went to and tell them to look up the notes and that the repair has been authorized. At that point i was received with the worst attitude again and they were upset because i went above them to get my repair done. Save your time and your entitlement to peace of mind and just call the apple customer service number and deal with them over the phone instead of going to the store. You will be way better received by over the phone customer support than this store. This store needs new management and their employees need to go for communication and behavioral training. This store is the equivalent to guatanamo bay of behavioral and conduct disorders.

Went there on the advice of Apple customer service to process warranty request on IPOD. Was told that for $90.00 (approx) I could get my daughters birthday present fixed (after the $199.00 price tag for the IPOD). Fixing consisted of replacing it with another IPOD and transferring the files (for $90.00). Didnt sound like a warranty repair to me more like purchasing a new one refurbished. Learned that I Pods were experiencing this problem due to overheating. Explained my referral by Apple customer service and warranty to "salesman" who shrugged it off and said that I would still have to pay $90.00. Asked about heat damage to glass, he said doesnt look like heat damage to me and asked for $90.00 to go ahead with repair. Left store and learned that repairs can be for about $20.00 by myself . Is this a privately owned store (franchise) where they take your product and ship it back for money and also charge you for repair (double dip, increase profits by 300%)? Why wouldnt apple want to warranty a new item within the time frame unless they know they made an inferior product that was bound to break and they want to get away with it (ala car manufacturing policies for warranty). Something strange about this store and their cavalier attitude toward their products. BTW I fixed it for less than $20.00 and it will be my last apple product.

Spent the past 6 months trying to get my iPhone 6 plus replaced because my touch id wasnt working correctly all that time. The technician that saw it saw it wasnt working right and blamed it to be faulty software and to restore the phone from new. I didnt get how restoring the phone from new would fix anything with the touch id sensor itself. I finally did end up restoring it and what do you know? IT DIDNT FIX IT. I finally went back yesterday and showed the technician my touch id and he said okay, lets try another finger since you have more than the 1 and I said sure. I think it died at that point because it didnt even register my finger was on it. Only then did Apple replace my phone. And to think... if I hadnt tried a restore from new they would have sent me on my way without another phone and 2 of my hours wasted. The technician that helped me was nice and very helpful though. It also sucks that they do not replace screen protectors if your DEFECTIVE iPhone has one on it so thankfully it was a zagg and they have a lifetime warranty. If they didnt I would have been out 30 dollars for a screen protector which was placed on my defective device given to me by Apple of California directly in the mail from a pre-order when the 6 plus first came out. And worst of all? My warranty is up within 30 days... -_-

Rude and disrespectful. Ive worked in the mall and very active stores where you must multi task and juggle activities all at once but I Dealt with two genuinely nice employees and two rude ones. If you end up with a girl name Dana, God help you. Incredibly rude and not helpful at all, impatient, so many words to describe her. Dan, the manager might be the most disrespectful person in that store. As Im on the phone with the account holder who has a question for the manager, I ask him to answer the question and he says "Im busy". The only thing should be busy with is his customers since he is the manager. He is a giant goofy looking guy with no respect and clearly should not be a manager as his irresponsibility and laziness are very noticeable. I spent 5 hours walking around the mall waiting on them to fix a screen which they said would be 30 minutes and upgrade to the iPhone 7 which did not even get done. Do not visit this store. In fact, Im done with Apple. The consistent bad service and disrespect from there workers is intolerable. Do yourself a favor and just do not visit this store. That is the very least you can do for yourself.

This review has nothing to do with the Freehold store as I was routed to California. To summarize, I lost my phone at an amusement park over the past weekend. On Sunday I purchased a new phone at a Verizon store. I was attempting to download my contacts through the icloud. However after attempting my Apple password a few times I was locked out. We attempted it again an hour later to no avail. At this point Apple began an account recovery and I would be contacted in 24 hours. The following day I was informed that they would contact me about the account recovery on September 10th! (This was on August 28th) I immediately called Apple. The rep was nice (which is why you have two stars). But he couldnt help me without potentially extending the wait date if what he had in mind failed. I rely on my contacts greatly for business and having Apple basically kidnap my contacts is unacceptable. I offered any and all information to the rep to verify my identity but he was basically as helpless as I was. There needs to be a better way to retrieve your information in situations like this.

This store is a waste of time. You will be passed back and forth between sales reps because not one of them has enough knowledge to answer more than one question. Its always crowded to the point you cant move with little kids running around the store. If for some reason you decide to purchase anything here realize they dont give receipts. Apparently apple is "too cool" for receipts and registers and attempt to complete all transactions on iphones. Best part about this is a couple days after I made a purchase there I realized they never sent the receipt to my email like they were supposed to. To make things better yet when I called to address this they told me they could not locate my order and would need to drive back to the store with my credit card so they could try to email it again. This is of course after I was placed on hold twice for 10 minutes each time, and dont bother asking for a manager, they are busy. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with this store, its not surprising they have more reviews in the 1 star catagory than any other
