Please note that this review is strictly based on their phone service, rather the lack of. There have been a number of times Ive called and was left listening to elevator music for too long. On my last experience, currently typing while on hold to speak with a representative, I called twice, selecting a different prompt each time and was on hold for over 6 mins - totaling over 12 mins and counting. This is unacceptable for a business. It serves as being inconsiderate of peoples time and bad business. Im in need of learning about their scanning service and do n... Ok so about 10 mins in someone came to the phone. Yeah! No! So she answers and gives basic information yet fails to ensure that all questions are answered before hanging up the phone. I said thank you for the initial purpose of the call but that does not mean that another question didnt arise. I rarely bother with reviews, but because this was not the first time Ive experienced this type of service with Staples, I deemed it necessary to say something--in the hopes of change for the better.

Went into the store and asked a representative for help. They instructed me to use the kiosk located on the floor. After several attempts of trying to locate a product online I went over to the customer service desk where there were about 3 reps standing around doing nothing. I asked one of the reps to assist me with locating the product online and they each pointed to one another and gave an excuse as to why they could not help. Needless to say I was beyond annoyed walked out of the store and purchased my supplies from another office supplier.

I have never met a more incompetent group of people. DO NOT get anything printed there if you actually care how it will turn out. Theyre equipment is awful and takes forever (30 minutes to print a 24x36 poster and then 30 minutes just for the laminating machine to warm up!). In the end after 3 tries I had to settle for the least worst option, which in this case included wrong alignment and crooked cutting. I wasted 2 days dealing with this place and I just cannot express how unhappy I am.

Worst customer service ever. I was guaranteed copies today that i dropped off a week ago. They arent ready and i was given an attitude at the copy counter. I left without my copies or an answer. Then i called to speak with a manager and was left on hold for 20 minutes without any sort of human contact. All I got today from your store is a headache. I still have no clue when my prints will be ready. Corporate needs to address this terrible store.

Just needed 50 copies no one takes cash. No one will do it till the next day. Have to use the kiosk... Now the copy is wrong the color is wrong and they would not give me the Change off of the dam card. Never will use them again... And there is more in the same visit just done with Staples.

Called and finally got someone on the phone to ask if they had an on premise printing shop and was told to hang on while they connected me. After 11 minutes of hold music, it began to ring, and ring, and ring, and ring. After 14 mins of just trying to get a simple answer i gave up.

Ive called several time and each time I am put on hold and wait and wait and finally end up hanging up - no one ever picks up the phone and I never get to talk to a real person. Terrible customer service. Because of this I rather shop for my business at Office Depot

They lost my package delivered to the store by UPS...manager couldnt even help and never called back. Its been almost 48 hours since I spoke to the manager in person. Been on hold for over 30 minutes...absolutely horrible
