Stay away from this store. Upon purchase for my new phone I also purchased the Geek Squad extended insurance that the sales person pushed and was told any problems they will try to fix it. If not repairable they would replace it with a new one. 3 months after purchase phone light on front would come on when phone was off and would not go out no matter what i did. Went back there with them trying to reset,diagnostic test and hard reset with the light light shining brightly only to be offered a reconditioned one. Canceled insurance and phone is going back to Samsung. Didnt take out insurance to settle for a used phone. Last time I will buy anything from Best Buy and especially this store where it is poorly managed! STAY WAY, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Sofia C is my grand daughter, although she did not have any input to this purchase, she used my previous Best Buy computer for the last 7 years .It also was a all in one HP touch screen. I had no problems with it other than what I created myself. Best Buy gave me credit to buy from them when I wanted, and have used it over the last 9 years .I hope my new HP with Windows 10 works out as well as my last.

Their selection isnt huge and I think they are ocerpriced, but their staff is incredibly helpful and that is the only reason they are getting four stars. The staff I have encountered has always been able to answer any questions and offer further advice to help me make decisions about purchases. I am always impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff.

Just bought a 4k tv from them, the one guy sucked another one tried hustling me to buy cell phones, I met one guy who obviously should be management material straight away" Chris", helped me pick out the right tv, after buying two I had to return, he showed me the samsung suhd and I made it rain dollas, some change too..

Sad when a store has to stage positive reviews in order to hide negative ones. So blatantly obvious the 5 star reviews are fakes. I WAS going to stop there today to look at flat screens, but due to the negative reviews and more importantly the attempt to hide them, I am definitely passing.

I called this store asking about cell phone pricing. The girl who answered the phone couldnt seem more disintrerested or rude. She answered my questions with one word answers. Im planning to go to a different store and actually pay more just to not deal with that type of attitude.

I despise going to this store. Really terrible service, bunch of blue shirts who are actually useless despite trying to look like they know what theyre talking about. Geek squad tries to rip you off as much as they can too; despite having really attractive deals on refurbished devices.

I came in ready to buy -- no advice needed. In 1/2 hour they could not put together the guy to open the cabinet, the one to get the item and the cashier. Plenty of goofs in blue shirts around but none of them conscious. A place to shop only if you have lots of time to waste.

WORST STORE EVER!!! I am a big technology guy and this is the closest Best Buy to me but I would travel 10x farther to avoid this store. The manager and Corporate should be ashamed of the staff that "works" there.

Fraudulent credit card charges for over $1600 were linked to this store, I wouldnt use this store. So I recommend use cash or checks only. If HAVE to shop here, use a credit card, and not a debit card.

Bought two phones there, the insurance available was through them only. When one phone needed to be replaced it took 3 days and they gave me a hard time cancelling the insurance.

Great store and friendly staff. Sometimes it does take a while to find an employee who isnt busy if you have a question. Not as many products as some other bigger Best Buys.
