Sears Hardware usually has what I need. If its not there I probably have to go to a specialty store or order it on the internet. Recently I went in to browse. I saw the circular which they conveniently hang on the wall as you walk in. An excellent idea, as I dont have to grab one and look through it only to discard it later. Looking it over I found a saw at a great price. An associate named BOBBY asked me if I needed assistance. He then took me to the saws. The sale saw was out of stock on the floor. He said he would check in the back. He came back in a few moments with the saw and apologized for the delay. Then asked if he could help me further. What a pleasant refreshing experience. I have been to loews and you can fire a cannon in there before help will come. Keep up the great work BOBBY.

Visiting the electrical dept is like going to a graveyard.... plumbing not much better. The few remaining items are not well stocked. And dont get me started on the quality of craftsman tools. On the plus the hardware section is still very good- excellent variety. The paint dept is OK as well. I never found the associates to be rude in any way- yes they ask if I want to use my Sears card and I gladly just say no. Lowes and HD better choice.

Not a great selection. Would expect more from a sears location. I have usually received good help from the staff but not every time. This location seems it could use some more direction from management.

They call themselves a hardware store but they never have what I go there for. Youre better off going to west Milford hardware. It looks like the place is going outta business.

Usually has what I am looking for, the staff is friendly and helpful. Its very convenient that they carry in stock Kenmore, Craftsman and hardware all under the same roof.
