I dropped some posters off here to be laminated and the output was atrocious. Not only did I not get back the same amount I dropped off (and paid for), but the lamination was done very poorly. Some were missing on sides, the cuts were crooked and all of them were wrinkled or scrunched. The staff here could use serious lessons in customer service and just plain old how to smile. Very disappointing.

Brought in 200 Pages to be copied.With the help of two associates constantly on their cells and $23 later turned into a nightmare. When I got home to examine, numerous pages were duplicated and many pages missed. If you are going to charge these prices at least do them right. Also anyone on their cells while helping a customer should be fired. Will never return to this Staples again.

I just waited 45 mins to try and print one sheet of paper and now Im leaving with nothing because no in the store knew how to print from an email or USB. This is sad and frustrating.
