First of all let, me start by saying Im uncomfortable with sales people. I would rather use broken appliances than go to the store and deal with salesmen. Dont even get me started with cars. The time had come when I could no longer wait. Upon walking into the East Brunswick location I was greeted by Andre. I was ready for the full court press but it never came. This sales guy ended up being the best salesmen I have ever encountered. Friendly to a fault, knowledgeable beyond my expectations, and all around solid guy. He treated my son with a great deal of respect as well. This man went out of his way several times to make sure we were happy and satisfied. I say several times because I ended up going back two more times to complete my kitchen. Even his manager was a pleasure to deal with. I think the final act of keeping ones word was his willingness to keep adjusting my sales price. You have so many days to find a better price and they match it. Andre never gave me a problem and made the process easy. I understand they cant give appliances away. I need to save money and they need to make money. Someplace in the middle is where we met. It was fair and felt painless. If and when I need anything else, hes my man. He also told me I look like James Dean. How could I not be happy? Lol. Thanks Andre for all your help. I hate writing reviews but I am compelled to do so with my experience with PC Richardson in East Brunswick. PC Richardson was highly recommended by my friend so I went there to buy a TV. I met the sales person by the name Desmond. He was very informative and not at all pushy. I also landed booking my kitchen appliances with him not knowing when will I pick them up since I hadnt decided the date to re do my kitchen!!!!! This was in September. I finally asked for delivery on last Wednesday, almost 2 1/2 months after i had originally identified with the appliances!! I dont think there are any other store with such excellent customer service and also the price was lowest I could find anywhere. I highly recommend this store. Hope that they did well on black Friday and wish them good luck for a great future. Did i mention that the store manager, Sameer, is a great guy and very helpful.

In the market for a new mattress for the guest bedroom and saw that PC Richard and Son now sells beds. I always get great service from them so I stopped by to see what they can do for me. As always, the salesmen there are always trying to help find the best deal for the customer. My salesman, Andre at the East Brunswick store, helped direct me to the mattress gallery in the store. We found a really nice queen mattress and foundation well within the budget I had set. Jerry, one of the store managers, helped make sure everything I was looking for was met and honestly, the experience was really a lot simpler than I thought it would be. The delivery came promptly the day I had it scheduled, they even took away the old mattress in the guest room free of charge. I really love the professional mannerism and reliability PC Richard and Son provides.

Feeling BLESSED!!! I took my time and compared Mrs. G, J C Penny, Loews, Home Depot, Sears and the list goes on. I choose P.C. Richards because of having the amazing experience of Daniel answering the phone, taking the time to answer Every question, HE LISTEN to what me families need was. I came into the Store and when I though my experience couldnt get better, I met Daniel in person, and John the manager, and I have no words to express the ultimate Customer Service Experience. Not only did I purchase the item I picked over the phone, I both two additional items. What seemed impossible the made happen!!!! I RECOMMEND Daniel, and the East Brunswick P.C. Richards to every single person who is looking for a washer, dryer, mattress, TV etc . Thank you both so very much for making a bad situation one that I will always be grateful for!

Last week I had the privilege to work with mr. John Cooper again. Everytime i am in his store, i am ecstatic to play with my new toy i just purchased. He is humble, sweet and trustworthy. Not only that very personal. He makes sure u understand everything but the best part is that he followd up the next day. He took his time and explain to me the difference between the products I was interesting in buying at his store. He guided me to the right item and because of him I am happy and thrilled for my new laptop I purchase. Not only that I have bought many items from mr. Cooper such as mattresses, multiple televisions, surround sounds, blue ray player and much more. I, can honestly say that he is very knowledgeable in all of his products. I was at the East Brunswick, NJ PC Richards this past weekend to purchase a mattress. Desmond was our salesman. He escorted us back to the mattress section and was so nice to work with. He was professional, not pushy but informative. He listened to our needs and budget and advised us well. We ended up buying the more expensive mattress but not because he pushed us into it like other sales people. I have purchased mattresses before and I hate the experience almost as much as I hate buying a car. But this was not my experience at PC Richards. I highly recommend the store and ask for Desmond, you will not be sorry. Thank You for a great shopping experience.

Did you know P.C. sells mattresses? I didnt. I went into P.C. Richard in East Brunswick to purchase a computer and while I was there my sales associate mentioned to me that they started selling mattresses. I had no idea you are supposed to change your bed out every 8-10 years or so and im embarrassed to say it but I have had mine much longer than that. They took me through this great process and found the perfect bed for me!! I ended up leaving with the computer I was looking for and am so excited for my mattress delivery next week. The manager Jonathan was really helpful definitely ask for him if you are looking for a mattress, he is super knowledgeable!!!

When purchasing our first home 7 years ago. We went to PC Richards and found Andre. Andre worked with us not only to make the sale but kept our best interest in mind. From then on Ive only dealt with Andre. Since then Andre has always helped us with our needs. Recently we purchased another home and went back to Pc Richards. I purchased entire home appliance/electronics. I told Andre what I wanted and what I was comfortable with spending. Not once did he undermine me and try to sell me something I didnt want or couldnt afford. I ONLY recommend Andre to all family and friends due to the quality service he provides. Sam is always a pleasure to deal with .I have always gone to many other stores like Best Buy and always manage to keep coming back to PC Richards its her experience and knowledge of everything in the store that makes my shopping with ease . Im very happy with the entire staff at East Brunswick everyone works together to make a customer a family member not just a commission check. So take the time to visit this store before all the other chains that just are not happy ,friendly and eager to make you happy with any purchase from batteries to a fridge tv and etc..you will not be disappointed with Sam .
