I shop at this store all the time, from large office furniture, office equipment/devices to office supplies, to home and kids school supplies. I have been shopping here for multiple years. I feel obligated to write a review on this store. The staff has been very professional and helpful. They are courteous and very mild in any occasions. The staff goes out of their way to help me load the furniture and stuff I bought each time. The store is always clean and neat. I trust the store very much. They always do a good job.

This store is terribly understaffed, and the staff that were there seemed like they did not enjoy working there at all. However, the store manager, Roy, was very pleasant and had a positive attitude. I needed to pick up toner for my printer, and Roy was able to look up if they had any in stock before I arrived.

Good selection of supplies and service is at a slow to normal paise. This is not a knock on this location but for Staples in general, there office supplies like furniture and chairs are awful 90% of the time. Most of the stuff will fall apart in a year or two, go to Ikea if you need office furniture.

I have had a pretty good experience here most of the time and the majority of the employees are helpful. In general I think that Staples is a great place to shop as they match the prices of other online retailers including Amazon.

It costs a dollar PER cut to use their paper cutter. If thats not a corporate scam I dont know what is. Go to the print shop across the parking lot. Its cheaper, better quality AND you can use their paper cutter for free.
